В номере нет питьевой воды, оплачивается отдельно. Кондиционер старый допотопный. Кровати старые, комната очень маленькая. Слышимость отличная! Нет парковки! И стоимость номера за сутки 3400 руб. Не рекомендуем

"Waterfront" is a small elegant hotel located in the center of Blagoveshchensk, Amur region. This is the first institution of the whole "complex on the Waterfront," recently joined a coffee shop on the Promenade and the Mezzanine restaurant.
A two minute walk from the Hotel and the whole complex is located the embankment of the Amur river. The promenade offers a magnificent view of the neighboring country – China town Haha. Only five minutes walk from the Hotel the Central Square of city – Lenin square, Philharmonic hall, Museum, Children's cultural center and much more.
In "Waterfront" property has 26 rooms. The hotel can accommodate up to 53 people.
Each room comes with a care kit shoes, phone, colour TV, fridge, kettle, crockery, Hairdryer. Each guest individually provided with hygiene kits. For all guests, the Hotel offers a wide choice of additional services. Staying at the "Waterfront" guests will appreciate the comfort, convenience, and comfort of this unique Hotel.
The hotel offers the guests to use the services of a Mezzanine restaurant on the second floor of the complex.
