Die Personal war sehr unhöflich

Not 3 stars worth. Both backache from the uncomfortable beds and pillows. Room very small and fridge not working so we had to drink our water on roomtemperature. Breakfast almost empty at 9.30 am and the worst coffee I have ever drunk. What annoyed me the most was that the hotelmanager himself stood smoking inside his restaurant/breakfast room which shows no respect for his guests. That made us decide never to go back to that hotel anymore.

The hotel is a comfortable 10 min walk from the station. Blankenberge is a typically clean Belgian town and this is reflected in the hotel. The sea front is 150 meters away. There is a husband and wife management team who made us welcome, the whole atmosphere for me was very relaxed. We were clearly a group of men on a boozy weekend but while our hosts clearly understood this they never betrayed any concerns. As most hotels in the area this is a brasserie, so restaurant food and a bar are also available. I did have an evening meal at the Hotel (a fish dish in the Ostend style - 3 pieces of different fish in a cheese sauce with a few hints of mushroom) which I felt was good (it is a bit difficult to judge based on one meal). We had beers and coffees and I had a Calvados. There was a good selection of beers, wines and spirits. We had a whip (we had all put 40 euros into a central pot) so how pricy the drinks were was a bit difficult to judge but we were all very happy. The only negatives I would suggest was the staircase which is steep with some narrow steps in places. There is a lift which has a strict weight limit , no more than 4 occupants. All round I was very happy with the Moby Dick and would not hesitate to go back. If I do return I would like to have a longer stay investigating some various restaurants including at the hotel.

Nice room, nice cleaning service, nice breakfast, nice people ! What is more the hotel is very accessible by car, and super close to the beach (like a 2 min walk to the sand). The person at the front desk was also super nice and friendly.

We stayed only for one night, staff was very friendly, room was clean and comfy. Good bed. We stayed here when attending the live is live event in Zeebrugge. A lovely night walk back, next morning enjoyed the sea, beach,... Good hotel to enjoy this part of the Belgian coast.

Wonderful nice owner and a very welcome. Rooms are ok and comfortable. Close to the beach and quiet room. We had breakfast in the other hotel Riant, which is fantastic. A lot of choice, coffeemachine, fresh fruit, all kind of bread, cheese, ham etc. All very clean and very friendly.

Clean room, bathroom, comfortable mattress, close to the beach and the center, easy check in- out. There is a fridge un the room, very convenient. Very friendly housekeeper. The beach is a few minutes away. I didn't try the food but there is a restaurant in the hôtel. Owners are friendly.

Comfortable and clean hotel. Not far from the sea. Good breakfast. Good friendly staff. Room was ok, clean and there was a elevator. For a day or weekend. With bathroom and toilet and free badroom products.

Dit hotel ligt op een fantastische locatie, minder dan 2 minuten lopen en je staat op het strand! Het hotel zelf heeft zeer ruime kamers. De badkamer heeft achterstallig onderhoud , maar is wel schoon. Het ontbijt is niet overdadig (wat ook niet nodig is) maar heeft wel voor ieder wat wils. Gezien de prijzen van andere hotels in Blankenberge zo dicht bij het strand is dit wel een aanrader.

Zeer vriendelijke uitbaters. Prijs/kwaliteit is top. Zeer goede akoestische isolatie tov straatlawaai en buren/kamers. Locatie kort bij het strand. Ontbijt was zeker voldoende. Goede matrassen. Zeer leuk kortverblijf!

Auf den Fotos im Internet sieht das Hotel ganz in Ordnung aus. Vor Ort leider ganz das Gegenteil. Die Toilette war total verschmutzt, bzw. verkrustet. Der Rest des Badezimmers war stark mit Schimmel befallen. Die Dame an der Rezeption war super nett. Das war aber leider die einzig gute Erfahrung. Definitiv seinen Preis nicht wert!

Les sanitaires sont mal entretenus et sales. Quand vous rentrez dans l'hôtel, il se dégage une forte odeur de tartre , de canalisation. Pareil pour la chambre. Les fenêtres étaient sales , on voyait à peine à travers . Et miracle ,2 fenêtres sur trois ont été nettoyées 1 jours plus tard. J'ai jamais vu ça pour un 3 étoiles ! Le personnel était correct. Vraiment dommage, je n'aime pas faire de mauvaises critiques , mais là c'était abusé pour un 3 étoiles. Dommage .

Enorm vriendelijke gastvrouw, direct een hartelijke ontvangst. Het ontbijt was top in orde. De kamer was niet extreem ruim, maar voldeed aan al onze noden. We hadden ons geen beter verblijf kunnen wensen. :)

Neem hygiënische doekjes mee naar dit hotel mocht je gaan voor de prijs 77 euro en locatie vlak bij het strand want het was een vieze kamer. Heb foto's genomen bij binnenkomst. Op de website wordt wat anders geschreven. We hebben het aangegeven maar dan wordt gezegd...komt door de Bulga**** kamermeisjes...Je bent toch baas van je eigen hotel toch??? We hebben ook geen ontbijt genomen want vertrouwde de keuken niet op deze manier. Voor ons was dit hotel niet voor herhaling vatbaar ...voor deze prijs hebben we super schone hotels gehad. We hebben 1 ster gegeven voor het bed want die lag goed. Tip voor bewaakt parkeren 14 min lopen en 10 euro per dag . Parking Bistro De Perse en cash afrekenen. Wij stonden er drie dagen.
