The room environment was okay, but there was an error in the service, but Ctrip service communication and coordination were very good, so I felt pretty good, and I can place an order with Ctrip with peace of mind.

We loved the location of this hotel. It was very easy to walk to shops, restaurants, and IU's campus. The hotel was clean and updated. The only complaint I have is that only 1 elevator was working, so it was a bit of a wait for the elevator. Hopefully they are working to fix it!

The staff at this hotel were amazing! Eileen at the front desk was life-saver, helping me get everything ready that I needed for a big presentation (printing, being so friendly and patient with everyone). The hotel itself was clean and comfortable.

Attended the International Thespian Theatre Festival on campus. Hotel was right on the downtown square which features many good restaurants and shops. Hotel was convenient to festival and very nice. Quiet and comfortable rooms. The complimentary breakfast was excellent. Nutchana provided daily friendly assistance at the buffet. She always was smiling and welcoming to all guests. Thanks to the entire staff for your service! We will be back

The staff at the Hilton Garden Inn was amazing! Eileen at the front desk was so kind, helpful, and absolutely patient with our group as she helped us to print the materials we were needing. She did it all with a smile. Additionally, the housekeeping and maintenance team noticed my fridge in my room was not sealing correctly. They came and fixed it without even asking! The staff at the Hilton were very attentive to all the details to make our stay great!

Excellent hotel and location! The rooms were clean and it was wonderful being so close to the running/walking trails. The hotel staff was welcoming and went above and beyond. Eileen, specifically, was kind and attentive to each request that was asked of her. She was excellent!

Eileen at the front desk was super helpful, and friendly during my June 20-23 3-night stay, especially when about 30 or so people like me staying there for a Solution Tree event needed documents printed late Saturday night for Sunday presentations, as the business center printer had no ink. Each person was probably needing 20-60 pages printed and Eileen helped everyone right up until midnight when her shift was done. I was the last one and she was nothing but gracious and joyful. I stayed at the HGI Bloomington as a part of a group stay from June 20-24. The hotel was clean, walking distance to the heart of Bloomington, served a hearty breakfast buffet at the on-site restaurant, and the customer service was excellent. I was particularly impressed with the front desk attendant, Eileen, who patiently supported our business group by printing and organizing documents for us when the business center printer ran out of toner. She was attentive, patient, and organized. I also appreciated her recommendation for a great pizza place! Thank you!
