The property was very clean, and it was sort of quiet. The hotel had a rooms that were great in size, but I did not like how thin the walls were. The area is not the best location but is very convenient to get to Indiana University. There may be a few sketchy people but overall, it was a descent stay and experience.

The stay here was really nice. The person that checked us in, Holla, was super friendly and helpful!
My only complaint was that i was really looking forward to the hot tub which is why i booked there and it was out of service.

The room smelled of rotten tomatoes. Pipes were hammering in the wall next to the bed all night. Loose tiles on the bathroom floor. Human hair in the towels. I found some kind of tomato residue on the bathroom counter in the morning, which tells me it was never cleaned. And to top it all off, the shower wouldn't get hot.
