Please have the supplier call the hotel manager SCOTT right now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. The hotel agreed to cancel the second night!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! No kidding

Close to the airport. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was delicious. Our room was clean and comfortable. We were 1/2 mile from the Mall of America and IKEA. Would recommend staying here!

Staff were all pleasant and helpful. A big plus is having free breakfast at the hotel. I saw areas that need to be updated such as peeling paint on inside bathroom door. Pool is small.

Hotel a little outdated. Staff seemed a little disorganized. It was good they provided transportation to the Mall of America

My stay there fits my old cliché phrase of “the best review that any hotel can receive is that everything went well,” and so it did. “Short and sweet” this location checked all the boxes for us in easy interaction as well as comfort. There was one curious thing though. The parking spots just outside the hotel were numbered, however there was no mention of an assigned spot during check in.

Bad stay. Arrived and 3:30 (checkin time is 3:00) and our room was not ready. NO PLACE TO PARK - the parking lot was completely full (shared with hotel next door) and we had to drive around for 5 minutes until we found someone leaving so we could take their spot. They offer $20 parking underground so probably make money not having enough surface lot spots. Then the door to our room wasn't working. You had to wait for it to time out and try again. After 3 or 4 times it eventually opened. Don't stay in room 519 if you want to reliably get back in after leaving. Breakfast was horrible. Went down at 8:30 and they were out of everything. The line for the waffle maker was 12 people long because they were out of batter. Really? You can't keep up with waffle batter?? Really poor management. They were out of gravy for the biscuits and gravy and no scrambled eggs. This place MIGHT be ok midweek but definitely AVOID on weekends - they are really understaffed and don't seem to care.

Easy

The room was amazing. It's like a luxury studio apartment. The bed is very comfortable. There were two things I didn't like about my experience. The orange juice was too watered down. That was the only problem with the breakfast. The other problem is that the hotel is too close to the airport. The building would shake during landing and take offs.
