Frount desk staff night and day were so helpful and polite breakfast was amazing  room was clean  never went in the pool  I will be back in September 2025

Everything was excellent: picking up from the airport, checking in process, cleanliness, amenities in room (microwave & fridge, big bottles of shampoo, conditioner, soap), amenities outside room, pool - clean, hot tub, gym, very helpful front desk, breakfast, dropping us off at the airport. You have to try it. It's worth it for its price. We love this place.

Their staff asked me to complain about the Gluten Free supply as they have been requesting for many times but no supply till date. The rest is fine, a bit run down kind of hotel

Location is excellent, right next to the airport and the Mall of America. It would be better if they have more variety in the breakfast.

This hotel is very close to the airport. Next to it is the largest department store in the United States. It has an indoor playground and is within walking distance.

Very good, very close to the Trade Center, pick up to the Trade Center every hour, pick up to the airport every half hour, the service attitude is very good.

Very good hotel, convenient location, only a few minutes drive from the nearby shopping mall, the room is clean and tidy, the breakfast is good, the hotel reception staff is friendly, it is worth recommending to stay!
