The staff were very accommodating and even allowed me to have a look at a couple of apartments so I could choose which one had the best view. Wonderful experience!

The room is huge with a nice ocean view but it was not properly cleaned. I was surprised but the color of socks that were changed after walking around the room.
The are a number of restaurants within walking distance. There was plenty of parking space.
There was no heater in the room so we had to ask for a mobile heater. It uses gas to heat up. After a few hours, it went out and got cold again. The staffs were not very helpful.

from the moment we checked in the staff was very rude and unaccommodating. I had to put an additional R2000 down to hold the unit that was already paid for. The guy at the front desk was very rude, it almost felt like we weren’t welcome here. this was my second time in Cape Town and we stayed at a cheaper resort that had much better service. I would not recommend this property to any tourist.

The apartment I stayed in 902 has amazing views. The block is clean and location perfect to restaurants and for walking along the beach. Although the road can get busy with cars one could not hear it from up in the apartment. The apartment itself was cozy and clean with all the amenities one needs with even back up power unit

Where do I even begin. Room smelt of so much smoke my nose bled, got caught in the lift fell a few floors then finally made it out, construction all over the place with running water in the hallway, so cold I had to go buy my own heater and then smelt of so much **** i had to buy an air purifier before finally giving up and asking for a refund. Absolutely awful! Unfriendly staff, frozen rooms with such wind pull you can see curtains move and a constant smell of either smoke or ****

Warm & polite reception staff. Apartment was beautiful and the view from the 11th floor absolutely worth staying there. Apartment was spotless, airy, clean and beautifully furnished. Like home from home. However only one complaint when LOADSHEDDING arrived not one lamp/torch was provided :(
