I thought the property was excellent. Check- in was quick and the deposit was only $50 which was less than what I was expecting. No complaints.

Check in was mediocre. There was ZERO hospitality with the clerk. That's enough to make me take my money to another chain. Thats a big deal to me and was a gross misrepresentation of the IHG brand.

Great one night stay here. Check in took 1 minute. The room was recently renovated so it was spotless. Property was very clean in common areas. Breakfast was very good. (Choice of a couple different little omlettes, pancake machine, sausage, biscuits, bread and bagels. Several fruit options, cereal, yogurt and juices. Also their standard cinnamon rolls. All good. Stayed here for a show at Sharonsville Convention Center and it was about a 15 minute drive tops.

The hotel is newly renovated and they’re actually still working on it! Very nice and clean breakfast was good pool area clean room was comfy and clean very quiet loved it
