There are few options for lodging in Bluffton, IN and this one should not be on your list. This inn charged competitive prices and was worth far less. No breakfast was advertised and none was provided. Simply said, the room was dirty, the hotel poorly staffed, and should be avoided. Upon arrival, the front desk is unmanned and you press a button for assistance. Eventually a person arrives and collects your credit card and provides the key. Upon opening the door to the room, all looked ok, but quickly after occupancy the problems became evident. A pile of dirt in the corner of the bathtub and the adjoining wall; very old dirt on top of the wall mounted hair dryer (see pictures); a clean toilet seat and top, but dirty toilet sides and bottom; stains on the clean sheets, (one that looked like dried blood); more than a dozen dead bugs in the toilet room exhaust fan light fixture; the infra-red heat lamp in the bathroom having been replaced with a convention flood light--bright but no projected heat. On the positive side, the mattress was comfortable and the HVAC worked. If you can't find a better place in Bluffton, stay in a nearby city where you can find a hotel with effective management and clean accommodations.
