Cet hotel n'a plus rien à voir avec ce qu'il était il y a 5 ans! Les chambres sont agréables et confortables. Les salles de bains ont été refaites en dur. Robinet thermostatique, climatisation, bureau... Parfait pour un séjour de travail comme un séjour de détente. Comparé aux hôtels à proximité immédiate, excellent rapport Qualité/Prix. Gagne à être connu. Excellente surprise.

La partie hôtel reste très correcte pour un séjour de passage mais un peu surpris par le repas du soir avec un buffet d'entrées très sommaire et un plat principal digne d'un resto universitaire.

Une literie très médiocre, la télévision ne fonctionne pas par manque de signal, des accessoires de salle de bain absent comme un lave-mains - etc. A propos de la restauration du soir, 4 salades qui se battent en duel et des plats réchauffés au micro onde - A conseiller pour un tarif à 50€ ... plus c'est du vol -

The hotel itself is OK. It gives off this vibe like someone really cared when it started, the rooms and furnishings are really nice, but then completely gave up, as the details are cheap and staff is tragic. The checkin lady made me feel like her day’s worst burden, then said that the restaurant only sells frozen pizza and if we want something edible, we can drive elsewhere (in an establishment named Hotel Restaurant Riccoty). Later, when paying for the city tax, it took her good 5 minutes to come up with a bill for €1,48. To top it off, the staff forgot to call us a taxi, despite being repeatedly reminded that we really need it to be there early morning, less we miss our flight. Luckily, an Uber was near and flight caught, but I will never set foot in this hotel again.

surface de la chambre 9 m² !!!!!!
Repas non servis au restaurant , il n'etait pas debordé mais manqait de personnel , mauvais volonté , ne m'ont meme pas proposé un sandwich ou autres , je suis arrive a 20 heures

Recherche d un hôtel, propre, soigné, avec des chambres remises au goût du jour sans prestations à outrance ... du bon côté du Rhône pour ne pas perdre de temps à traverser un pont, avec un personnel gentil et souriant????.... n'hésitez pas , réserver !!!
