This is not the first time we come to this hotel. There is no hair dryer, which is written about on the website. Always something dirty. This time we have holey bed linen, dirty bedside table and table, either tea or coffee spilled. Cleaning 3 out of 10 points. They constantly turn off the electricity, one phone burned out, which was left on charge overnight.

My last stay at this hotel was disappointing. When I booked a premium room, the staff tried to cheat me twice, upgrading me to a lower-level room, claiming it was a premium room. Only after a heated argument did they upgrade me to a standard room, matching the photos. The breakfast, as always, was excellent.

I am very satisfied to be able to stay in such a hotel in a small town on the border between Bangladesh and India. There is a swimming pool on the rooftop, where you can overlook the Ganges and India. The hotel restaurant has a good dinner, but the waiting time is too long, and the breakfast is indeed too simple and needs to be improved.

The hotel is clean and hygienic in the Bangladesh-India border city. All the service staff are very polite and make you feel at home. There are welcome drinks, fruit snacks, and breakfast online. The staff were super friendly and helpful and all around lovely people. The room was large and very clean and everything worked well. Was well located and easy to get a rickshaw to the bus/train station. Breakfast was great too!
