The rooms are clean VERY spacious and the beds are super comfortable. The A/C is a bit weak but not terrible either. Breakfast is rich and generous. Dinner is not good. The variety is poor and pale. While the hotel interior is not the last fashion it's still meticulous and well maintained. We were on organized trip with a bus so I can't tell much about the hotel location but we all loved the place.

Location: 45/100 Rather unfortunate location, in a city close to the motorway but not so easy to reach, moreover in a busy street. Furthermore, my room on the first floor overlooked a small street where there was a mechanical workshop which started working around 6.30 in the morning, waking me up to the noise. Parking: 60/100 The outdoor parking costs 8€, quite expensive for an outdoor parking in a small town. Service: 80/100 Quick and efficient service. Rooms: 89/100 Spacious room for a hotel of this category. Comfortable beds. Stylish furniture and toilette. Medium size towels. Impeccable cleaning. Breakfast: 88/100 Very good breakfast with self service food and drinks which include nearly everything you would love for breakfast (except for fresh fruit) Price 88/100: Good price, and very good value for money. They have been here occasionally in recent years. Under new name has not changed so much. The reservation works perfectly as always. If no major events are taking place in the area, cheap prices and offers are available. The car route to the deep garage is good, but then you need to find the right outlet in the huge deep garage of the shopping centre. The hotel is not central in Stuttgart, but in the foretown, the connection with the S-Bahn (5-10 min walking distance) is also good in the evening. Reception and check-in quickly, polite, uncomplicated. Rooms and bathrooms are clean, and functional, but no luxury. Some rooms on the main street can be quite loud at open windows. On the other hand, you can sleep very quiet. In summer it can also warm in the rooms depending on location and sunlight. The breakfast buffet was always very good, at the moment the choice is significantly restricted by the health situation, but the quality is still acceptable. Whoever is aware of the situation, for whom stay here is worth its price.

Excellent hotel, clean, well organised and very friendly staff always willing to help. They have some toys for kids in the entrance. Conveniently located not far from the highway, and inside a new office complex with only pedestrian access so it is very quiet and cars cannot be heard. There room had enough space for 2 adults and 3 kids, very comfortable with a small kitchen and utensils. Will definitely book again if around.

The hotel is old, the location is very biased, there is no business around. We stayed on Sunday, there was no place to eat around, we walked to the place 2 km away to get some food. Breakfast is simple, single, has not changed, there are many small bugs on the jam, very disgusting, not afraid to eat, but also 14 euros. The room is not big, there is no air conditioning, and at the end of July, it is hot. No car is not recommended to live here.

Practical and good (sufficient) for a night stay at the airport. Positive: The B&B concept and the friendly lady at the reception as well as the good location at the Stuttgart airport, five minutes by car. Room still quiet. Negative: we had booked two rooms as a family with children, but these were then on different floors despite the request. Disgrace. Long waiting time when checking in. The floor in the bathroom was not completely clean under the toilet. Therefore, only three points, or more four or five.

Waiting for car repairs in the summer heat wave, my two kids and I could stay in a simple but clean and air conditioned business room (extra bed and kids under 12 are free). Great service, breakfast was an absolute blast. We opted for late checkout, and were not charged for it. Located right next to the lovely Stadspark, a real recommendation.

Location: well located, near to shops, malls, restaurants, bars… vibrant area. Room: we had the urban option, spacious, clean, modern, comfortable bed, great shower, sufficient amenities. Front desk service was very helpful. Parking below the hotel was clean, secure and spacious. We didn’t take the breakfast but lots of people were there and it looked good. Will definitely recommend EmiLu hotel to friends and family.

The overall feeling is not bad, it is about 800 meters away from Tubingen train station, about 15 minutes on foot, three traffic lights of Baidu navigation to the hotel. Breakfast is ok, Western food is almost the same anyway, I like Western breakfast, life is very convenient, hotel health is good, overall overall satisfaction, but the price is a little expensive, about 100 euros

FFlyer63536852235My partner and I spent 10 days here back in July and we loved every minute of it! The staff were extremely kind and gracious, and were very helpful with anything and everything (nearest ATM, where to eat, etc). We absolutely loved Cecilia - her warm smile made every morning the best ever and we felt welcomed like family. Her fresh, made-to-order omelets and daily treats (cakes/browies/etc) were also absolutely amazing. Parking’s a bit weird - they have a sufficient number of spots but they’re in a few different clusters all close by. However, the staff was extremely helpful with this and we never found it an issue (you can also park on the street for free after ~6pm at night). It’s in a nice location - fresh bakery and ATM across the street, numerous restaurants and a brewery walking distance away, as well as a little farmers’ market. Can’t recommend it enough!!!

GGuest UserIm Juli 2022 habe ich für Oktober 2022 telefonisch im Hotel Zum Reussenstein, Kalkofenstraße 20, 71032 Böblingen ein Zimmer in der Kategorie Junior Suite oder Suite angefragt. Mir wurde gesagt Zimmer dieser Art wären nicht vorhanden aber vergleichbares könnte gebucht werden. Für 245 € pro Nacht habe ich für 3 Nächte ( 735€ ) gebucht in der Hoffnung dem Preis angemessen zu wohnen. Das Zimmer war sauber aber mit ca. 20 m2 sehr klein. In dem Bad war es wie eine Zeitreise in die 80 er Jahre. Die Dusche mit 75x75 cm verlangt schon Übung und Körperbeherrschung. Das Bett mit 1,60m Breite war ein altes zu den weiteren Kiefernmöbeln passendes Detail in diesem völlig überteuerten Zimmer. Ein Kühlschrank drauf eine Mikrowelle mit einem Wasserkocher erinnerte mich schon sehr an ein Zimmer für Handwerker oder reisende Monteure. Eine Nachfrage am ersten Abend bei einer freundlichen Dame an der Rezeption ergab ein zu dem Preis passendes Zimmer. Da die Rezeption am Sonntag ganztägig nicht besetzt war schrieb ich eine Mail in der Hoffnung jemand am Gast interessierten von der Familie Böckle zu erreichen. Keine Reaktion. Das Frühstück kostet in diesem Hotel 21€ plus 9€ Getränke. Mit den Gedanken, dass der Gesamtbetrag beim auschecken anpasst wurde bezahlte ich meine Rechnung. 735 € ist eine Frechheit und Unverschämt für dieses Zimmer dem Gast gegenüber. ( Siehe Fotos ) Es wurde mir ein Rabatt von 90 € angeboten den ich ablehnte. Meine Argumente zu diesem überteuerten Zimmer wurden uninteressiert mit einer zeitgleich stattfindenden Messe begründet. Das Bad hat kein Tageslicht und es gibt in dem Zimmer nur ein kleines Fenster. Unsere Kinder sind von Stuttgart nach Böblingen gezogen, sodass wir 5-6 mal im Jahr in Böblingen sein werden. Aber in diesem Hotel sieht man uns nicht mehr.

GGuest UserWe had a large room with a very comfortable bed. There was a good quality wet room and an adjoining WC. The breakfast was excellent, with eggs, fruit, yoghurt, fresh breads, cereal, meats and cheese etc. The family who run the hotel are friendly and they speak English. Parking was easy.

Quite simply furnished room, ultimately everything you need. Unfortunately it's just a tiny TV, which is no longer up to date. I also looked in vain for the bottle of mineral water promised by HRS. Staff (late check-in) very helpful, that worked great. Breakfast, well, that was quite spartan, but considering the price of the room, it was probably still okay. All in all okay for one night, I couldn't imagine staying longer.

I arrive at Mercure and parked my car at the right hand parking lot. Wile walking with my wheeled suitcase behind me, I was passing some cars trying to leave the parking lot. While I passed, what I later discovered to be the barrier, al cars did pass me. Suddenly I did feel a big bang on my head. The barrier came down. So hotel, please make a seperate path for the pedestrians. Just a white line on the ground is not always visable. The staff was very friendly and asked if they needed to call a doctor. Also in the breakfast room the staff was friendly. The room itself was nice and quiet. The internet access was not very fast, but it worked. Because of the freezing wheater I did not went into the gardens, But it had a pool, a big chess board and a tabletennis ! This is a hotel I can advise you to go to, but be aware of the barrier.
