Quite simple furnished room, ultimately everything inside you need. Unfortunately, just a small small TV, that is no longer modern. Also the HRS promised bottle of mineral water I was looking for vain. Personal (Late Check-In) very helpful, that worked very well. Breakfast was well, that was already quite spartany, but with view of the room price, it probably still okay. All in all for one night okay, a longer stay I couldn't imagine.

In the shower (with shower hang) I had not even ( 1.64 / slim) quitg place. The colleagues had their problems. A light view in my room was the large and solid mattress. Even there came complaints from colleagues breakfast so far OK. This is positive to mention that there is even a vegetarian bread lift and, if soya milk is sought. However, the label for milk is so hidden that you can only see it by chance

What an amazing experience! If you enjoy cars, great food and accommodations, you won’t be disappointed - especially if you chose a v8-themed room (which, by the way, features great attention to details!). Any (minor) complaints, you may ask? Well, water from tap hasn’t been substituted by octane 100… 😆 Anyway, the v8-Prosecco made up for that.

Im Juli 2022 habe ich für Oktober 2022 telefonisch im Hotel Zum Reussenstein, Kalkofenstraße 20, 71032 Böblingen ein Zimmer in der Kategorie Junior Suite oder Suite angefragt. Mir wurde gesagt Zimmer dieser Art wären nicht vorhanden aber vergleichbares könnte gebucht werden. Für 245 € pro Nacht habe ich für 3 Nächte ( 735€ ) gebucht in der Hoffnung dem Preis angemessen zu wohnen. Das Zimmer war sauber aber mit ca. 20 m2 sehr klein. In dem Bad war es wie eine Zeitreise in die 80 er Jahre. Die Dusche mit 75x75 cm verlangt schon Übung und Körperbeherrschung. Das Bett mit 1,60m Breite war ein altes zu den weiteren Kiefernmöbeln passendes Detail in diesem völlig überteuerten Zimmer. Ein Kühlschrank drauf eine Mikrowelle mit einem Wasserkocher erinnerte mich schon sehr an ein Zimmer für Handwerker oder reisende Monteure. Eine Nachfrage am ersten Abend bei einer freundlichen Dame an der Rezeption ergab ein zu dem Preis passendes Zimmer. Da die Rezeption am Sonntag ganztägig nicht besetzt war schrieb ich eine Mail in der Hoffnung jemand am Gast interessierten von der Familie Böckle zu erreichen. Keine Reaktion. Das Frühstück kostet in diesem Hotel 21€ plus 9€ Getränke. Mit den Gedanken, dass der Gesamtbetrag beim auschecken anpasst wurde bezahlte ich meine Rechnung. 735 € ist eine Frechheit und Unverschämt für dieses Zimmer dem Gast gegenüber. ( Siehe Fotos ) Es wurde mir ein Rabatt von 90 € angeboten den ich ablehnte. Meine Argumente zu diesem überteuerten Zimmer wurden uninteressiert mit einer zeitgleich stattfindenden Messe begründet. Das Bad hat kein Tageslicht und es gibt in dem Zimmer nur ein kleines Fenster. Unsere Kinder sind von Stuttgart nach Böblingen gezogen, sodass wir 5-6 mal im Jahr in Böblingen sein werden. Aber in diesem Hotel sieht man uns nicht mehr.

The V8 hotel is divided into a new building (Motorworld) and a classic building (Classical). The theme room selected this time is located in the old building. The room is larger than the average German hotel, the bathroom is wet and dry, and there is a separate bathtub. The room is a large bed made up of two small beds. The quilt is also a small quilt for two sheets. Even if one sleeps at night, it is not suitable. It is best to negotiate with the hotel to replace the double quilt that the Chinese prefer.

My first night in a B&B Hotel. Functional, practical, easy to get to and parking available (although you can look directly at the parked vehicles from the breakfast room. It is as if they want to make everything easier for the guest, but they simply want to save on staff by having the guest check in themselves, there is no need to check out anymore. The expertise of the existing staff is also poor, but even if they are only semi-skilled staff, training should take place. The tables are wiped with a damp cloth and immediately afterwards the chairs and then more tables are wiped with the same cloth. In all price categories, I expect the usual, prescribed hygiene standards that must be met for buildings with customer traffic. The rooms are spartan and functionally furnished, it was clean (a penetrating smell when entering the room, probably due to the fact that they allow pets). The walls are a bit thin on the walls, otherwise it is quiet and there is no traffic noise

The entire team os staff from front desk,Bar & breakfast team was very friendly.The room cleaning staff was excellent they did a excellent job.Also the only food the serve in the evening was pizza they where very good.

It is the best location for the use of the exhibition hall and ✈️. Both facilities and services were the highest level for business use, but as a Japanese, there was a bathtub and it was the best without complaint. (as a shower booth, it was good to choose the spray pattern of the head)

There was even a friendly person there in the middle of the night. One night I had jet-lag and couldn’t sleep so I went down to the common area and there was a friendly staff member there ready to help. (Thank you, Peter!) … I had a large room on the 5th floor and it was a nice place to relax in when the day was done – very clean with a lot of room. The breakfast is excellent with fresh-cooked eggs, potatoes, fruit, bread and other breakfast food and a lot of good choices and service. The main area on the 2nd floor is pleasant and an enjoyable place to relax with a view of the square outside. They have a surprisingly nice gym that exceeded expectations for me, with some top-notch work-out equipment – it’s perfect for a quick work-out where you can do many different exercises in a short time. It has much better equipment than your average hotel gym. They also have a nice sauna and shower in that area. Downstairs are a laundry room and kitchen. … The location is excellent, with a lot of good restaurants around it and it’s in a good area to walk around and explore the town. And it’s smaller and more intimate than a mega-hotel, which added to the experience for me. This, along with everything else, makes it a very nice place to be. … I was quite happy with my stay there and plan to stay there again if I am in the area. The rooms are clean VERY spacious and the beds are super comfortable. The A/C is a bit weak but not terrible either. Breakfast is rich and generous. Dinner is not good. The variety is poor and pale. While the hotel interior is not the last fashion it's still meticulous and well maintained. We were on organized trip with a bus so I can't tell much about the hotel location but we all loved the place.
