Nice hotel for the location (5 minutes walk from the centre). Cleaning and breakfast options definitely need to be improved. WiFi not so great in some areas of the hotel. Rooms could do with a bit of maintenance. The pool and lobby area are the best parts of the hotel. Some friendly English speaking staff including Mustafa Kemal and Sunday.

We arrived late at 11 p.m. there was a problem with the air conditioning which was not working. We were promised to change rooms the next day so we waited. We went back to see them at reception the next day and were told that the hotel was full so it was not possible to change rooms. We had to endure for 3 days. This is not the most serious THE ROOM WAS DIRTY, a lot of dust when they come to clean I have the impression that they make the bed with sheets sometimes stained.
But the worst is Our shower which was very dirty, probably not cleaned for a while. I didn't feel comfortable at all in this room for 3 people.
The hotel is just good for its location, THE swimming pool is not bad, I will not return there for the cleanliness and the service.

We had the most lovely stay at the Costa Maya Bodrum. The room was very spacious, clean, modern and bright. The location is excellent, the facilities are very good and the staff were very polite and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel and if I return to Bodrum I would book again.

The location is great, the hotel has its own parking lot and you can walk to the promenade in 5 minutes. The rooms are very basic. The cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired (a woman's underwear was behind the fridge) is not good at all.
The staff were very helpful and super friendly, apart from one young man (unfortunately I can't remember his name) - all the others were fed up, OK, of course it was the end of the season.
There is a large pool, the breakfast buffet is available for 2 days, but not longer. The whole complex is OK in the low season, but in the high season it is probably chaos, too many tourists in a small space. Otherwise, as I said, very central to the life of Bodrum.
