The property was just fine. The room was nice and clean but the beds were hard as a rock. Also, we paid extra to booked this property specifically for the pool and hot tub and right as we pulled up they closed both for maintenance. It was so disappointing! The staff was phenomenal though.

Sadie at the front desk was delightful and always helpful. Beds were fine. Disappointed in the room though because we never could get hot water in the shower. And the bottles they’re using for shampoo, conditioner abd bath gel are pumps that are facing up so when they get low you can’t get anything out of them. They’re locked into the wall, so you can’t turn them upside down to get anything out. We were also surprised by how much the noise in the hall carried. Definitely not one of our favorite Hampton Inns.

She really has a positive attitude and represents the Hilton brand with courtesy and professionalism. This is the best Hampton Inn I have ever staid at! Andrea at the breakfast bar put out a great spread. The coffee was available all day and was good and strong. The out door pool, hot tub and fireplace was vey relaxing. The rooms were clean and looked like new.

Five Star Stay: It’s the people that make a business successful, more than the brick and mortar building! Stayed 6 nights and everything was perfect: Staff, property and room! Special acknowledgment to receptionist Sadye and Will: Always a smile, friendly greeting, and willing to help with driving directions around area, restaurant recommendations and local attractions! Special acknowledgment also to Andrea in charge of breakfast area: During our multi-state trip she was the best: Always happy, always cleaning, and constantly monitoring the food selection to keep it stocked and fresh ( you can tell when someone loves and takes pride in their responsibilities)! And would also like to acknowledge Jessica in housekeeping: Our room and common areas were spotlessly clean, and despite her always being super busy, she was always smiling and working hard to provide the best clean and safe environment! Thank you all so much for a great stay!
