I am utterly disappointed with my experience at this hotel, which I believe should be renamed "Night Club Hotel" due to the excessive noise levels. My intention was to find a peaceful place to rest and unwind, but from the moment I arrived, my hopes were dashed. As soon as I walked into the reception area, I was met with loud disco music blasting through the speakers and a large crowd of intoxicated guests celebrating with abandon. It was around 11 PM, a time when I expected the atmosphere to be calm, but instead, the noise was overwhelming. Even after I closed the door to my room in an attempt to block out the sounds, it felt as if I were right in the middle of a nightclub. The drunken group continued their revelry, creating a cacophony that persisted throughout the night and well into the following day, making it nearly impossible to find any peace. When I voiced my concerns to the manager, he informed me that this particular Polish group had permission to party loudly, as they had booked the hotel for that purpose. However, I firmly believe this is a breach of contract on the hotel's part. At the time of booking, there was no mention of a large, raucous party group being present, which significantly impacted my stay. In my view, this hotel not only tolerates but also encourages antisocial behavior, leaving guests like myself feeling frustrated and unheard. Given this experience, I will never consider booking a stay at this loud and disruptive hotel again, as I seek a place that values the comfort and peace of all its guests.
