Worst experience. No vegetarian food. Infact the vegetarian section has non veg items for example chickpeas with beef and peas with chicken were in marked vegetarian section . I will not recommend to stay there. Also don’t visit this in winter as most of activities are closed.

It was a lovely Hotel although very little English speaking by any one. Especially Reception and Cleaning. The mirrors needed a good clean and the room floors filthy. Management needs to inspect the rooms for Cleanliness. The bedding got changed with dirty sheets !!! For those worried about English speaking T.V it was very minimal and you couldn’t get into the back of the T.v to add a device lol. Pretty good food options. Friendly bar and restaurant staff whom are hard workers and plenty of smiles. Poor gym equipment with not much working on the treadmills and the bikes. Enjoyed the Turkish bath and massage although Very pushy to buy more. Averaging 13-18*c as Winter time with the outside pool closed at the Hotel and on our Excursions a few things closed. A lot of ongoing roadworks around the area. Be Warned Most things are advertised as Euros and Not Lira which we were told when we went to exchange money in Inverness before we left. All in all it was our first experience in Turkey and enjoyed the majority of our trip with My Wife and Daughter. Cold mornings and nights so warm layers required if going out and about. Thank you to all the Friendly Staff and the few other guests we got to have a blether with.

This hotel is not 5 stars it should be 1 star. The food is awful no ingredients lists labels on foods, no entertainment at all staff are rude and unhelpful when ask to help they roll there eyes there was only 2 young staff at the lobby that were helpful. As we checked in the man did not help us at all just gave us the room card and said go we then had to ask for help in which a cleaner came to take us to our room. We booked a family room for 5 people and only 3 beds were there 1 double and 2 single this is ridiculous if we have booked for 5 people there should have been enough beds after a long flight the last thing someone will want to do is go back down to the reception to speak to the unhelpful man complaining about something that should have been arranged before hand upon arriving! They then gave a foldable bed which is totally uncomfortable but nevertheless we dealt with this. On the reviews the guest relation manager replies to the reviews saying people should have spoken to them however they do not exist when I went to speak to the guest relation manager there was no one to help. Do not believe the hotel don’t be fooled this is not worth it! The reason this hotel is running is because the prices are cheaper then others due to the horrible experience and service. Please read the reviews and don’t book here. many other good hotels to choose from. I can confidently say I will never be returning here or suggesting this place I will make sure to leave bad reviews this place is awful and a scam. The pictures online are not the same as here. Any requests we made were ignored. The rooms are unclean we asked for room service and the womens didn’t understand English we then made a worker translate for us. Only the beds were made no floors were wiped or bedsheets were changed we had no toiletroll we had to go ask for some. We saw another person who came to ask why they charged him for a drink they wouldn’t tell him and then a whole group of men then tried to attack him physically. No hotel should treat any guests like this no matter the situation. Overall the worst experience I have ever had if you want to book a good hotel go to vikengen infinity resort and delphin be grand and many others that are worth the money you pay. Worst hotel to exist nothing can change this experience I had.

My experience at Sensitive Premium Resort & Spa was nothing short of an absolute disaster. This establishment fails on every imaginable level, turning what should have been a relaxing vacation into an exercise in frustration, disappointment, and sheer disbelief. Service – An Embarrassment to Turkish Hospitality Turkey has a rich history of hospitality dating back to the Ottoman Empire, where even the humblest traveler was treated with dignity and respect. Here, however, the staff treat guests like an inconvenience. Rude, dismissive, and utterly incompetent, they clearly have no understanding of how to run a resort. Asking for anything, whether it be fresh towels or basic information, was met with eye rolls, sighs, or outright ignorance. The level of unprofessionalism is unforgivable, and the management is clearly either nonexistent or entirely incompetent. Cleanliness – A Filthy, Unhygienic Mess If Sultan Suleiman himself were to walk into this resort, he would immediately order it burned to the ground and rebuilt properly. The rooms were disgusting—dirty floors, ants crawling around, and an unbearable stench that suggested deep neglect. The so-called “premium” facilities were in shambles, with public restrooms that lacked soap and stank like a battlefield after a siege. This place is a breeding ground for disease, and frankly, I wouldn’t be surprised if guests leave with food poisoning or worse. Food – A Culinary Insult The Ottoman Empire was known for its incredible cuisine, yet this resort serves food that is barely fit for prisoners. The buffet consisted of the same bland, cold, and poorly prepared dishes every day. There was no organization, no labels, and absolutely no regard for hygiene. Flies hovered over uncovered food, and staff stood around clueless while guests struggled to find something edible. It was a complete disgrace. If I had known the food would be this inedible, I would have brought my own meals or foraged in the woods instead. Facilities – Decrepit and Useless Everything in this resort is either broken, closed, or barely functioning. The pool was taped off like a crime scene, the gym looked like it hadn’t been maintained since the fall of the Ottoman Empire, and the WiFi was about as reliable as sending messages by carrier pigeon. The entire place is falling apart, and the management clearly doesn’t care. Overall – A Complete and Utter Failure This resort should not be allowed to operate. It is a disgrace to Turkish tourism and an insult to anyone unfortunate enough to book a stay here. The staff are useless, the food is atrocious, the rooms are filthy, and the facilities are in ruins. If you have any self-respect, stay far away from this disaster of a hotel. In conclusion, Sensitive Premium Resort & Spa is not just bad—it is a complete and utter joke. I wouldn’t recommend it to my worst enemy.

Upon arrival at 930pm we were politely informed the buffet had closed. Most hotels we have visited had food waiting in our room upon arrival. We were informed they put on a soup kitchen at midnight which was ok apart from having to stay awake being up from 5 am with little food so we had a couple of drinks from the bar. staff at the bar where friendly enough and efficient. Upon going up to our room we did find room service available which we thought was good value for hotel room service. The smart tv as advertised on our booking site turned out to be standard satellite tv and all languages apart from English we did ask for someone to have a look to see if there was any English he did not understand us so advice you take a lap top or iPad as the internet is good.we knew before we went all hotels are on winter operations and paid a good price to go. There is a small pool to use indoor but the outside is closed. The food in the buffet was hit and miss depending on your tastes and nothing seemed to be labelled up properly so any allergies you must ask for example one dish labelled as grilled fish turned out to be mutton this seemed to be the theme throughout the week. The salads were nice but again salad dressing no labels. Great choice in desserts all good quality. Moving to entertainment there wasn’t any at all hotel lobby used as the main bar which didn’t bother us. Looking around the hotel signs of wear the bedroom was clean comfortable but bubbling in areas in the wall coverings balcony could’ve done with a touch up shower head grimy sky effect lighting in pool area flickering with blown bulbs. All water features like the front fountain with dirty water left init For this I would rate this as a 4 star not 5 star hotel press 0 on your phone in your room they will answer any problems we had with noise such like they generally sort it from there. The spa was great value but learn where to say no as they love to sell you extras as that’s the way it is wherever you go. The private beach for the hotel was quite a trek in summer the snack bars and bars would be open but don’t waste your time in the winter months it’s all closed. I asked one day about guest relations office there isn’t one but however there is a desk at the side in reception where you can sometimes find the guest relations. Going back to the bar the options for beer are limited there is only one pump containing one brand of lager there are spirits and cocktails however. We asked at reception as regards buses outside the hotel as we were advised not to attempt getting a local taxi as they charge what they like and don’t use the meter. They could only inform us where the bus stop was given the hotel is a few mile out from anywhere I would suggest training some staff on bus routes numbers and advice where to go as the tour operators just try and sell you rubbish days out consisting of 7 hours travelling total and 3 hours tour these are nothing to do with the hotel but would help if staf
