Wir waren angenehm überrascht, dass das Hotel, welches auf den Bildern groß erscheint, tatsächlich angenehm klein ist. Dies sorgt für kurze Wege, was besonders praktisch ist, wenn man mit Kleinkindern reist. Ein kleines Manko sind die schallhörigen Wände, aber das Positive überwiegt bei weitem, sodass dies nur eine Kleinigkeit ist. Das Personal ist überaus höflich und bietet stets Getränke an, die direkt serviert werden. Besonders gefallen hat uns, dass alle Getränke aus Dosen kommen und kein Plastik verwendet wird. Alles in allem war es einer unserer schönsten Urlaube, und wir können das Hotel nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

When we arrived at the hotel we thought it was beautiful. However, after a few days we realised the standards of the food and drinks were not great. I believe some of the issues were because the hotel was closing for winter soon after our return, so it was quieter. Firstly, the draft beer ran out after a few days and not replaced (likely because it was due to close soon) so we had 3 bottled beer options, but then soon we only had 1 bottle option - Efes Malt, which is just awful. We moved to cocktails and they were comfortable putting black mint leaves (past date) in drink, I removed these and only keep the green leaves in drink. Low standards. The main issue was food poisoning. We were both ill through the night (on different days) a few times and could only drink water and a bit of banana the following day, just felt awful. I suspect as it was quieter the rice pan was not being replaced as frequently as it should, it was potentially sitting there for a long time whilst building up in bacteria levels. Fortunately the children did not get ill. We did mention this to the hotel but they responded by saying it couldn't be as they have their food procedures in place and we did not get any sympathy at all. It was a shame as the hotel itself is gorgeous, but the standards were not great.

Wir waren im August zum ersten Mal in diesem Hotel und hatten wirklich einen tollen Urlaub dort. Bei der Ankunft wurden wir zudem direkt mit Getränken und einem Geschenk für die Kinder begrüßt und durch das Hotel geführt. Das Personal war extrem freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Bei einem Anliegen konnten wir uns jeder Zeit an den Gästebetreuer wenden, der perfekt deutsch sprach und sich umgehend darum kümmerte. Auch die Auswahl beim Essen war gigantisch.

Highly recommend for kids’ school holidays! Stayed for 1 week and never got bored of their food variety which is pretty rare for an all-inclusive! Their SPA was amazing, they accommodate also hammam and massage for kids (you can have mommy-and-me spa), the SPA personnel was so friendly and professional we ended up returning several times. Beach is nice and the view from the pier is breathtaking. Kids club was the best, they do mini-disco every evening for kids and also entertainment for parents. They have water-slides for all ages/ heights and several pools/ choices for adults also so everyone can keep busy every single day without getting bored.

Прекрасный отель. Большая ухоженная территория, бассейн река, два аквапарка. Детская комната с бильярдом, боулингом и т.д. Детский клуб. Номера просторные. Половина европейцев. Мы были к конце сезона октябрь- ноябрь. Повезло , погода была хорошая, единственный минус у отеля это нет подогрева бассейнов. Пирс с собственным баром , мороженым и фуд-кортом ! и инстаграмные сетки над морем это отдельный кайф! Т к были в конце сезона, было не многолюдно и это большой плюс! Еда в ресторане выше всех похвал ! Большое разнообразие рыбы, которую при тебе жарят, так же и с мясом , суши , выпечка , паста , пицца, зелень, много фруктов . Есть ночной ресторан и бар. Напитки в банках, пиво и разливное и в бутылках .Алкоголь нужно просить оригинал (все есть)! В барах есть чипсы орешки . Огромный фуд-корт на территории , выпекают вафли , большое разнообразие мороженого , как в упаковке так и шариками, свежевыжатый соки , смузи из предложенных фруктов ! Вежливый персонал, решались все вопросы ! В этот отель хочется вернуться еще раз !

Genel olarak her şey mükemmel ,iki yıldır oteli tercih ediyoruz ve personeller , yemekler kalitesinden hiçbir şey kaybetmemiş.Yeni yapılan pavilyonu denedik ve çok güzel, hizmet iyi ve huzurlu bir gün geçirdik , Oda temizliği iyi , yemek çeşitliliği tartışılmaz ve herkes çok güleryüzlü.Genel Müdür Gökhan Ali Özaltına özel teşekkür ederiz .Ayrıca bizlerle ilgilenen Hazal,Derya ve Özlem Atasoy ve Nuriye Hanım’a da teşekkür ederiz
