Customer service at first check-in was very disappointing. Come before 14 o'clock, register first. Its ok, because I checked in at 14. Approaching 14, I asked again and he said it was still on progress. At 14.15 I asked for the CS key but it was still on progress, I told them where to sit and wait. I saw him having lunch, the CS position was replaced with a male one. But the female CS didn't give me any information. As a customer who has been waiting a long time, you should be informed of the progress. I asked the male CS and he couldn't do it because he wasn't ready yet.
At 14.30 I went to the female CS who was wearing braces, I saw that she was calling on her cell phone and then went to the field room, it turned out the room was ready. I can receive the key.
I was really disappointed with the manners of the first CS (female) and grateful to the last CS who wore braces because he had more empathy.
The next day at 11.30 there was a misscall from JSI, I'll just guess what they told me to get ready to check out,🤪
Please pay attention to customer service. It's time to lose to those at the bottom, like those who take care of the animals.
