I agree with the previous reviewer. Staff were pleasant and helpful. I also arrived late evening but communicated with them before as a solo female traveller to be collected from the airport which they kindly arranged. Waiting and ready for me when I landed. The room was not huge but clean and comfortable. Quite small. Bright and fine. Busy hotel. Nice atmosphere with the bar downstairs. I didn't eat at the hotel. This is a safe area unlike some parts. Although you need to take a taxi to the the tourist attractions, this was lovely to come back to as there is shopping, restaurants and bars within walking distance. As I said, I was a female solo traveller and it was safe for me to walk at night. There is also a supermarket nearby. Wifi was fine. The hotel also have their own car, transport like a taxi which I used a few times. This was really good. Drivers were nice and on time. Would recommend. There are a few hotels in the area nearby. This was cheaper than the other options. Good choice. It's not a luxury hotel but a lovely boutique hotel!

Desde mi llegada a este hotel no he podido percibir la más mínima amabilidad de parte de el personal de recepción de el hotel sin excepción alguna Iniciando desde mi llegada después de un largo viaje fuimos recibidos por un autómata que solo es capaz de ver la pantalla del ordenador y no de dar respuestas coherentes a clientes . Soy miembro de IHG el programa de lealtad que ampara a su hotel siendo está la primera vez que he percibido sólo evasivas , respuestas incoherentes y falta total de cortesía . Desde el día uno pregunte por los beneficios que me da el grado obtenido de lealtad y se me informó que mi reserva había sido hecha con puntos y que además el hotel estaba lleno ! Me pregunto yo si los puntos de lealtad en este hotel no son bien recibidos no deberían aceptar reservas bajo esta modalidad . En cualquier hotel que nos hemos hospedado con mi familia como mínimo recibimos botellas de agua de cortesía , se me informó que esa no era política del hotel . El colmo fue el día de hoy hace unís minutos que llame a recepción solicitando me enviaran 4 tuallas y papel higiénico y la respuesta que recibí me dejo perplejo: que el hotel estaba lleno y que podían atender mi petición hasta las 10 am Porque el hotel se encontraba lleno . Este es un problema administrativo ya que di tienen una capacidad instalada de x número de personas deben será capaces de atender las necesidades de los clientes . Otra situación incómoda fue el día de ayer que ordene comida a el hotel y deseaba que me cambiaran unos billetes de pesos colombianos por otros de menor denominación al que parcamente se me respondió que ellos no efectuaban ese tipo de servicios Creo que en todos los hoteles manejan algún fondo de caja chica . The rooms need some care. Shower pressure, what pressure? The water dribbles out of the showers. The curtains also caused problems getting stuck from time to time, meaning we couldn't enjoy our lovely views. In addition the TV is the same as the ones you'd find in a budget hotel, not smart and tiny. Not ideal when you want to relax after a day of exploring. It also doesn't help that the hotel doesn't allow for more than one key per room. The location however is great. You're walking distance from Zona G, a safe neighbourhood with an abundance of excellent restaurants. This hotel's saving grace however is a young staff member named Christian! Always greeting each guest with a smile and remembering everyone's name. Christian went above and beyond, I even felt bad going up to him with my complaints which he seemed to have remedy for almost instantly. In fact the same could be said for all the staff.

The hotel itself is of typical Hilton standard, rooms are immaculately clean, good size, great big comfy beds with good quality linen and fluffy pillows, a fabulous hot shower which after a month of travelling and mostly cold showers was a highlight, you cannot fault the room. The English speaking staff were helpful one of which gave us details of an English speaking Covid testing company which were super efficient. The location however is good with plenty of restaurants nearby, we walked to Chapinero for dinner one evening which was about 45/50 minutes but a good way to take in the city. Uber to the airport, Mount Monserrate and historic town were incredible cheap. A number of things that were just not good enough for a 5* hotel, firstly, and commented on by other travellers, there is no porter service for luggage, this is not something we ever need or use but it was glaringly obvious from the number of staff standing around the entrance watching customers struggling in with their cases that there is no effort or consideration to help which is the oddest thing and not something I have ever seen, even the taxi drivers will help you with your luggage. I do not believe Covid is a justification for this lack of service as their staff touch everything else customers come into contact with. Secondly, I was disappointed to see there was only one serving spoon for both scrambled eggs with ham and plain scrambled eggs which meant the ham had fallen into the vegetarian option for eggs, I established you could order fresh eggs, so I explained that I was vegetarian so just eggs but definitely no ham, I was very annoyed to wait over 25 minutes for eggs to arrive with a bit of ham in, again, this is just not acceptable anywhere let alone a 5* hotel International hotel The spa area was not particularly inviting, and only open early morning or in the evening and the sky bar area show in pictures is not open at all, it is also signposted VIP, so perhaps not open to all visitor anyway, so don't assume you will be able to sit overlooking the city. Just not quite good enough for a 5* hotel but all of this is easily fixed, just needs the Management to implement better staff training.

Aged carpet stained here and there. Bath room was small. Breakfast was OK, with good choice of fruit but little hot plates selection though. Our breakfast was included in the room charges. However, when given the cheque to sign, it was one reminding that tipping was not included and asking to give separately. The chief waiter also reminded us the same specifically. Though it was still voluntary, it was quite ought doing in this way.

The room is big, the bathroom is big, the view outside the window is great, the breakfast is good, there are many Chinese people living here, it should be a good choice...

This hotel and staff were the most kind, courteous, helpful, clean and family oriented - I mean they make you feel like family! I have spent many nights in hotels because of my line of business in real estate and I have NEVER loved a hotel experience like my ten days at this hotel. I never write reviews, good or bad. You cannot go wrong here. Tourists will understand when I say that feeling safe is a must, especially in another country. In the room there was a personalized safe to keep your valuables secure and the staff NEVER enter your room unless directed by guests. The rooms are spotless and fresh smelling, the staff is the hardest working, going beyond with every request - completely and always. This hotel was also the cleanest and best stocked with any amenity needed. My partner and I enjoyed the sanitized saunas, jacuzzis and gym - permitting us to create special long lasting memories! Come to Bogota and stay at this hotel; you will thank me. ＜3 We hope to stay here again, very soon. Some of the staff was very professional and friendly. Unfortunately, other staff was quite rude. For example, when I asked the gentleman at the front desk to copy my vaccine cards, he practically snatched them out of my hands without saying a word. After handing me my copies, he began to walk away while my cards were still sitting in the copy machine. I politely asked for ”mis tarjetas, por favor.” He walked back over, still silent, and I said simply, ”Esos son importantes.” He chuckled under his breath but still said nothing as he handed the cards back. It was as if he simply had no interest in bothering with them unless I asked. Then, after I paid for the copies, he went to look for my change (1,000 pesos). He then told me in an irritated tone that they didn't have any change. I simply said, ”No es importante.” Throughout the whole interaction, he acted very rushed and inconvenienced, as if I was imposing on him, and he never offered the slightest apology for forgetting my vaccine cards or not having any change. (They were not busy at the time; there were two people working behind the counter and no other guests in line. At least the other fellow was professional, unlike his colleague.) I'm aware that my Spanish is still at an intermediate level; however, if you're going to work in the hotel industry (down the street from the airport, in a capital city, no less), the least you could do is show some courtesy to your guests. (We don't have to speak Spanish to pick up on your passive aggressiveness.) Also, when I arrived there were no towels in the room. It took three requests over about 35-40 minutes to get some. Everyone I talked to seemed very professional and intent on taking care of it, but somehow no one delivered until the third attempt. It was surprising, actually, because the room was immaculate and perfectly made up, except for having no towels of any kind. I enjoyed my dinner a lot, and the lady who waited on me was gracious and patient when conversing with me in Spanish. The restaurant took a few minutes to find, as there are two buildings, each with their own lobby, and the fellow at reception who checked me in didn't mention anything about the restaurant.

Good quality hotel for the price. The customer service people were very nice, and can speak some English. The rooms are spacious, with fridge, snack bar, free bottle of water, and really love how comfy the bed is. The location is also great, there is a grocery store, and some nice restaurants just next to it.

This is a relatively well-comfortable hotel, because the beds are comfortable and is quite clean. The biggest problem is that they don't even let you finish with your luggage, when he's already calling you to charge, the boy who called us to charge was altar and disrespectful, And I had a look like I was doing something to us because I told you that it was waiting.
