The hotel is at a good location in Chapinero being close to main streets, ATMs, banks, hospitals, etc. The staff was always very warm and respectful. The bed and pillows were very comfy and you can have a good night rest. The wifi is pretty fast once you’re connected.
Hotel Rosales Plaza

On our first day and in first few hours in Colombia we were robbed in hotel Rosales Plaza Bogota. We arrived at 3pm and 20 minutes later left room to have coffee. We came back and then again went out for dinner. When we came back, I realized that my bag was open and even inner pocket was unzipped. Because I had money in it I immediately checked is anything missing and realized that 120 British pounds were missing. I went to front desk to let them know and explained that I understand that no thief will willingly admit that he/she stole the money and that I will get my money back, but they should pay attention on this person who entered our room. Whoever did this is, he/she is ruining reputation of the hotel and even Columbian country and people Front desk person was very attentive and even moved us in different room. I thought that they seriously took my complain and with a little bit of disappointment i decided to not allow that this event ruin my vacation. Next day i was told that Manager wants to talk with me. I expected apology and acknowledgment of my theft reporting and that they will take care that something like this do not happen to their future guests. But Manager was telling me that nobody beside three of us were not entering our room. Then I mentioned that is not true since my money was missing, and that curtain were moved, and some candy was left on desk. Then she said oh, yah room attendant was in the room, but she is reliable person, and she is working a long time with us. That pissed me off and I said, does it mean that I am not reliable person and that I stole my own money? Instead of apology I was suspicious person for this manager instead of someone from her staff. I told her that is not way how business should be done and that they should pay attention to guests' complaint and take care of guests, and not let them feel unsecure in their room So in Rosales Plaza do not count on help and understanding from management and keep all your valuables tightly with you because they think that only thief could be guest not anyone from their staff. Hotel is in nice area and looks good and could be nice place to stay that they do not have thieves between them who are ready for small amount of money to ruin not only reputation of the hotel but reputation of Colombian people who I find very polite and honest.
Hyatt Place Bogota Convention Center

The location is okay. I can participate in exhibitions. The area is also very safe. There are many facilities in the surrounding area and they are very complete. I will still choose this hotel when I come to Bogotá in the future. The hygiene is also good.
JW Marriott Hotel Bogota

Stayed here for 3 nights on a business trip. Very much enjoyed the stay. It’s a large hotel. Location: A. We could walk to a few restaurants and was close to our office as well. Room: B I was upgraded to a nice large corner room for my Platinum status. Bathroom was nice and big with great water pressure. Bed was comfy. However the decor seemed a bit dated and not modern. Many JW Marriott’s have dated decor but was still a bit of a turnoff. Gym: B+ Decent size has a good selection of machines and weights. Needs more treadmills. Staff: A Everyone was super attentive, helpful and friendly thought out. Lounge: A Full breakfast and a made-to-order omelette station. If you can get access take advantage.
Embassy Suites by Hilton Bogotá Rosales

I want to thank all of the staff at the Embassy Suites for making our short stay in Bogota exceptional. We were on a family vacation to Peru with 2 children and a senior when our flight was diverted to Bogota due to closure of the Lima airport. After waiting 2 hours in the airport with no help from the airline I started calling Hilton hotels to try to find somewhere to stay at 3am. Diego at the front desk assured us he had rooms and we caught an Uber over. The hotel rooms are spacious and the hotel is in a safe area with lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. But what really makes it special is the staff. From the bell hop Adrian, to the front desk staff who gave us recommendations on places to see and eat , to the servers for breakfast/happy hour- they were all friendly, kind, and warm. We ended up having a lovely unexpected day in Bogota.

The hotel Andes Plaza is a really great hotel. The friendly customer service was excellent. All at reception were very friendly. Briteman gave that extra special attention and service. He constantly checked on me making sure everything was good. He helped set up my covid test. I also received friendly service in the hotel restaurant. Everyone was so friendly giving great service. The breakfast every morning was outstanding. This was my second time to stay in Hotel Andea Plaza and plan to return there again someday soon. I highly recommend Hotel Andes Plaza.
