Hotel has shuttle from to airport and rooftop with working space. Nice service , rooms are well cleaned.

Check it and check out service are fast. The breakfast is relatively simple. Near the air port and free shuttle bus is available. Some people smokes at the balcony which kind of annoying to the people sitting inside.

The truth is that when the lady entered, she did not understand me well and made me wait more than 30 minutes that day, standing still, and made me renege because her treatment was not pleasant.

They should put water in the rooms, everything else is excellent

El servicio al cliente de este hotel pésimo! Cero atentos con el cliente, cero colaborativos, no los recomiendo. Pedimos el favor de que nos esperaran 5 minutos para poder tomar la van que nos iba a llevar al hotel y nunca nos esperaron.

Poca amabilidad del personal su ubicación es buena pero al estar ala lado contrario. Hay q dar vueltas no cuenta con una entrada al hotel ya q es peatonal y sus vecinos no son agradables

We stayed at the hotel for 1 night waiting on a connecting flight. The staff was ver friendly and accommodating. The restaurant at the hotel was just perfect for a quick dinner and a few drinks. We will definitely recommend this hotel, very clean and comfortable rooms

The staff is friendly and the rooms are clean. The location is convenient being close to the airport and the hotel feels safe with security.

Check in took about 1 hour, and they tried to charge us again for the room even though we paid online when booking the room, room was dirty, poor shuttle service

Breakfast was not good and was difficult to get a shuttle ride to and from the airport.

It seems like good value for price. Ironically one thing that could be improved would be to keep coffee hot
