The location couldn’t have been better!! I’d stay here again purely for the convenience of the area. Staff were great at the hotel and super professional and helpful! Really made me feel comfortable. I only suggest that management make some updates to the rooms as some fixtures, particularly in the bathroom were not ideal.

It is recommended not to check in if there is no improvement.

The location is excellent, there are many restaurants nearby, and it is across the road from No. 93 Park. D1 supermarket is very close. The refrigerator will beep, remember to unplug the socket at night. Smoke alarms will flash at night. The duvet cover was clean and the service was good. The room I live in has a desk and sofa.

Front desk staff was fantastic. Room was standard - nothing fancy but more than comfortable for 3 adults. Housekeeping did a great job. Breakfast was solid - options changed over the week. Nice neighborhood, walking distance to everything you needed.

I really enjoyed the stay on this Hotel. Everyone was excellent in the interaction with my family. Breakfast was espectacular. The are around was safe and very quiet! Love it.

Excellent location in a quiet neighborhood. About 30 minutes from the Airport. Breakfast includes with a variety of options. Very friendly staff always willing to help.

The reason I gave it a 4 star is because we got the room at 2:30pm with no towels at all. I told the reception and left the hotel till around 10/11pm and still no towels when we got back! The next day the cleaning lady cleaned the room and took away our towels without replacing! And again no towels!

The hotel’s location is perfect: close to restaurants, the nice 93 park. Shout out to the lobby staff who were very accommodating. The breakfast is good and the servers are simply the best.

Excellent front desk staff. Very polite and helpful. Went out of the way to provide assistance at all times. Shuttle service hired at hotel is also a plus. Amazing, reliable local driver, very knowledgeable about the city and with a very positive attitude. Delicious food can also be ordered from nearby restaurant. Breakfast, which is included, is also good and assorted. Location is unbeatable. Walking distance from beautiful Parque 93. Would stay again. Thank you!

We stayed here on our way to Santa Marta and it was excellent:) We had booked Casa Dann on our way back through but the casa Dann was so bad we stayed only one night and returned to the Holiday Inn for the last 3 days of our stay in Bogota. Casa Dann was much more expensive but the Holiday inn was way better!!! Staff is amazing at Holiday Inn.
