Have stayed at this JW location many times, rates are pricey because they are in dollars and are far from competitive to non American branded hotels. Service is very good, specially at club lounge. Pool is indoors, rooms are clean, room service is okay, Pricey and not always great.

Adrianna at the front desk was SUPER helpful with everything. I got in early on a red eye and she helped me get a room in good time. I also needed my dress pressed quickly because I was changing hotels the next day and she helped get that done fast! Everyone was kind and it was clean great JW property!

Not recommended for the most expensive €350 Bonvoy hotel in Bogota. Everything is a bit shabby. For us as Titanium members we only got an upgrade to a higher floor because the hotel was apparently full. However, you could still book suites via the app. During our stay there was no water one night and it was very loud, the staff slammed the doors for 2 hours in the morning so sleeping was out of the question. There was no apology whatsoever from reception and certainly no discount. What I found really strange was that there were only 2 alcoholic drinks per person in the lounge during happy hour. I have never experienced anything like it. They cut corners wherever they can - but the room prices are exploding. I would book a different hotel next time. Both Four Seasons hotels look nice.

Excellent experience. The hotel is in very good condition. Cleanliness is exceptional both in the common areas and in the room. I went with my wife to celebrate our wedding anniversary and we enjoyed several services such as the SPA, the jacuzzi, the pool and the restaurant. In all services the attention was very good, the staff strives to provide a service that goes beyond what was expected. The only thing to improve is that it was not possible to enable the heating in the room and in the early hours of the morning the temperature dropped quite a bit.
