I booked the hotel for my sister and her son, it was my nephew’s birthday… the service, food, room, location and place was AWESOME. The staff new about my nephew’s 4year birthday and they brought a cake and they treat him as a king.

Very new hotel with good view to Bogota

the hotel charged me extra 19% VAT, though I show them the proof that the prepaid booking have included the VAT. As a foreigner, actually the VAT should be refund to me. They refused to refund and charge it twice and when I argued with them, their attitude is very bad it was disappointing for Hilton will not stay Hilton in the future

the facilities are new it is spectacular super rooms the breakfast there is variety the menu

Everything else was good, except that the hotel charged double tax when I checked in. I told the hotel that I had paid the tax but it was useless. I contacted customer service and they said it was 26.51 USD including tax. I contacted Ctrip but they didn't reply either. Although the amount was not much, I still felt uncomfortable.

I have stayed at this property several times. The staff and quality of service and facilities have never disappointed. Highly recommend.

Other than being close to the conference Center, there was little in the immediate area to do. The gym are was good, however, the pool area was quite dark. The hot tub water was below the filter and was not corrected in the week we were there even after mentioning several times. The hotel itself has amazing views. The rooms are very clean and comfortable.

It is a beautiful hotel near the airport. Staff was very helpful with setting up transportation from and to the airport. Didn't get to enjoy the restaurant and bar because we only stayed overnight and we spent the evening dining out in a restaurant in Parque 93 in Bogota. The hotel is super clean, the rooms are big and modern. I recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bogota.

This hotel is clean and modern but its design is very cumbersome. You enter on the 1st floor but you have to go to the 4th floor for the reception desk. Likewise, when you come down to check-out you have to stop on the 4th floor, get off the elevator with all your things, go to reception to check out, and then get back on the elevator with all your things and go to the 1st floor to leave the building. Also, it was disappointing that there were not many dining options nearby.

Front desk staff uncertain of protocol for international traveler, not offered the upgrade , and was charged a room tax (which I’ve not been charged anywhere else on this trip) - I should know better than to use Hilton - they nickel and dime for everything…property is 3 min from the airport and wanted to charge 48000pesos for car service - taxi is 9000pesos😩…last time for Hilton - disappointing
