The all employed are very kind, the room very clean, the doorman are very polled , the breakfast excellent

Great location and lots of dining options close by. Bed linen was a bit dirty and A/C was noisy.

Stayed here multiple times. Price point is appropriate for a 4 star hotel but service is 5 star. Nice breakfast buffet with custom made items. All staff, from front desk to bell to housekeeping were friendly and helpful. Room is clean and quiet. Safe part of town. I'll be back

Good location. Quiet. Professional staff. Its a small hôtel so not too much traffic inside. No real spa to speak of but they can arrange services from outside providers. Suite was very spacious.

The lobby needs renovation . The room is nice . I had to wait until 2pm for the room and that was inconvenient. Dining options are great near the hotel.

The drain in the bathroom was releasing a nasty sewage smell and they didn’t move us to another room.

Experience of calm, serenity and security in a huge city. Beautiful architecture and decor. Awesome views of the mountains and beautiful trees and gardens. Above all, staff catered to us like VIP’s. Highly recommend the outstanding hotel

Very nice neighborhood. Walkable to park 93 and zona Rosa. The breakfast is very good. The soup comes with breakfast is a life saver, especially after a good night drinking and fun.

As a repeat stay I can say that this hotel remains an excelent choice for stays in Bogota. It is 10 min away walk to popular restaurants and the best shopping in the city. It is also located in a plaza surrounded by at least 5 other very nice restaurants. The rooms are comfortable, very spacious & clean. The personnel is very sweet and pleasing. Breakfast choices are excellent and room service was quick to respond. Will definitely continue to stay here.
