Terminamos en el Hotel Macao después de que Avianca cancelara nuestro vuelo, tuvimos un día muy largo y frustrante tratando de descubrir cómo llegar a casa. Pero el personal amable y servicial de Macao, la deliciosa comida y la cómoda habitación realmente hicieron que todo fuera mejor. Este lugar fue muy hospitalario y fantástico.

El Hotel cuenta con agua caliente las 24 horas , tienes para escojer si fría o caliente tanto en la ducha como lavamanos, excelente servicio de recepción, atención y restaurant. Las habitaciones son acojedoras, las camas y almohadas súper cómodas. Me estoy quedando varios días y estamos totalmente satisfechas con el servicio en su totalidad, meseros y cheffs muy amables y atentos( la comida la sirven caliente y muy buena la alimentación y los menú. Servicio de seguridad estupendo. Red wi-fi amplia. Excelente opción para quedarse en Bogotá. 💯

La atención de los meseros fue nefasto. Tiraban los platos en la mesa, la comida la servían fría. No dan suficiente suministros de limpieza a pesar de haber varias personas en una habitación. No hay servicio de bar ni mini bar, no es posible conseguir agua en horas de la noche.

El hotel presenta constantemente problemas con el agua caliente y Bogotá es bastante fría. tengo conocidos que han venido semanas antes y tuvieron el mismo inconveniente. No dan solución, el personal es grosero cuando le preguntas por el tema, entregan cobijas sucias, las camas no se sienten limpias. La comida bueno digamos que absolutamente normal. El personal dice mentiras tipo lo del agua sucedió hoy cuando sabemos que llevan dos semanas así o le indican a algunos huéspedes que ya se solucionó cuando tampoco es así.

Pésima atención. Mal desayuno. Mucho ruido. No existen respuestas coherentes a las solicitudes. La ama de llaves entró a mi habitación mientras yo estaba adentro. No tocó, no preguntó. Yo estaba en ropa interior. Sin ofrecer excusas, preguntó toscamente: “¿quiere que le arreglen la habitación o no?” La recepcionista, en lugar de disculparse, justificó a la ama de llaves y se enojó por mi reclamo, como si fuera capricho mío. El desayuno es el mismo siempre, en el que el huevo es horriblemente hecho, el café es de pésima calidad y las arepas, duras y feas. Al estar en una vía principal, con tanto tráfico, deberían contar con ventanas anti ruido, pero no.
