The stay is always great, this time however I had to wait for 45min for the shuttle at the airport, never had to wait this long before.

Book this for my mom and brother and they loved the property. Convenience in location from the airport, great food, great customer service and room were clean and comfortable. Offer airport pick up and drop off service for a good price or there are scheduled free bus services.

Double booked for hotel. Trip.com and hotel both refuse to make this right. Neither will ever see any business from me again. Ohh, and the hotel sucks.

Short sight sceen trip

The room is spacious, the breakfast is rich, the front desk staff is very friendly, and the most important thing is that it is close to the airport. Just a few minutes drive, The downside is that the airport shuttle runs every hour.

The overall environment is good, the pick-up service is also very thoughtful, it is very close to the airport, suitable for business trips, and the buffet breakfast is also very rich, it is worth starting with a hotel choice.

This hotel is very well decorated, very clean, the service is very good and very welcoming, the hotel restaurant tastes good, the location is very convenient, and the price/performance ratio is very high. Recommended!

Very nice hotel, we stayed here only one night. The staff are nice. Something that has nothing to do with the hotel. we were scammed by the yellow taxi. we paid 200,000 pesos from the airport, it should have cost us a maximum of 40,000 according to the hotel. So just wanted to warn the rest of you, so you don't get scammed like we did. that little stretch had never cost us so much in Norway.

Very clean and well appointed. Nice to have an extra sync in kitchen and microwave was convenient to reheat leftovers from restaurant. Shower was incredible!!! After a week in Colombia in different hotels this was by far the best. Bed was very comfortable. I read other reviews that said this hotel was loud and you can hear the plains taking off and landing. They must have had a broken or open window because I didn't hear anything. The food I ordered at the restaurant was very good, my wife's was OK according to her.

The hotel was gorgeous and very clean! The staff were amazing and so friendly, they played the biggest part in making my stay wonderful. The only downfall was there were no vegan food options or milk alternatives, and very limited vegetarian food options.
