El peor servicio que he visto en mi vida! Pagamos 260 000 COP para una habitación con Jacuzzi. Al final no habia agua caliente, el Jacuzzi estaba sucio (encontré varios cabellos) y el agua salió sucia tambien. No ventana que da al exterior. El no personal fue professional. Horrible. Worst experience ever. Everything was dirty. Staff refused to pay us back although there was no hot water for the jaccuzi we paid for, water was dirty and I found several hairs in the bathtub. Room had no windows. Don't go.

No me gustó porque el agua para bañarse sale con muy poca presión hace mucho calor no usan aire ...si pudes hielo al cuarto solo te llevan 1 vaso ..lo unico bueno es la atencion en el restaurante ..lo siento pero no volveria

Old and noisy, the staff is nice snd welcoming, the hotel inside is surprisingly well maintain and clean, outside looks like the area and the single pane glass does not keep the noise out

The photos are deceptive. The room was much more worn out than the pictures showed. Also, I was quite shocked to find that on the bathroom mirror there was a large etched, drawing of a naked woman, not ideal when traveling with little kids!
The area also seemed unsafe, so maybe OK for a quick night’s stay before the flight, being close to the airport.
The weather is quite cold, and the blankets provided were insufficient.
The breakfast was quite simple, but tasty on the upper level, and honestly was the only positive during our stay.
