Very nice Hotel, very clean, nice and big room, excellent breakfast

Hotel was in the perfect location close to all big shopping centres and another plus was it was very clean. Room service was always top standard and consistent however it was big let down that the hotel didn’t communicate the spa/pool pictured was not available during the whole of my stay. If I’m not mistaken it should be clearly communicated to guests prior to accepting bookings if the included amenities are unavailable especially if for long periods. In addition, if the spa is unavailable the lift and level to the spa should be unavailable for guests to swipe to that level.. I went to inspect it (not knowing it’s being renovated) and got stuck on the level as there are no buttons to go back up.. Highly recommended however, it would be nice if the hotel was a bit more mindful with regarding the communicating to guests about renovation of spa and how long it’s being fixed + not allow access down to that level if there is no way back up

Better than expected! Room is great, bathroom extremely beautiful and staff is the most kind.

The room is big, the bathroom is big, the view outside the window is great, the breakfast is good, there are many Chinese people living here, it should be a good choice...

1- a parking person does not provide the service kindly 2- in the restaurant a person's way of serving is not the best

Everything is quite satisfactory, except that the guest room does not speak English and does not cost a bottle of water.

Everything is good, but it's a bit frustrating that we can't check in until 3pm. Breakfast is OK. Wi-Fi in hotels in South America is very slow.

The room is clean and the environment is beautiful. There is also a free shuttle bus to and from the airport, which is very convenient. However, ordinary taxis cannot enter, so you can only use the hotel's car, which is more expensive.
