The location was perfect for me to walk to El Museo del Oro! Right in the heart of the old part of town, La Candelaria. The staff couldn't be more helpful. The place, although lovely from the front, was fairly tired upstairs, though clean. ;) The balcony with spa was a lovely surprise! A bit loud, as on an offramp. Thanks!

I have been a customer for 5 years and it gets worse every time. The only ones who maintain good service are those at reception. The food and beverage people who poorly serve people with bad breath, the food, far from being good, is of no standard, they did not have ajiaco to give and they offer it on the menu. No ice, hot beers, all bad wet plates at the breakfast buffet. How about they look for a new food and beverage manager? What a shame for a hotel of that size and with such poor food service.

This place is amazing for the price. The area is great by day, but not at night. However, the hotel also has a restaurant, bar and pool so staying in is also great.

We had a very bad time, the hotel area is not safe to walk at night, all amenities have to be requested from reception, we ran out of toilet paper and they never brought us another one. The worst thing was when leaving, the elevator went crazy, you asked to go to the 1st floor and it took you to the 10th. I would not recommend it at all nor would I return.

It was good, but again, for the second visit, when I requested a blanket, I was told one would be brought up, and it was not.
On this second visit, I requested that a blanket please be brought up, was told it would be, then requested again an hour or so later. Still no blanket by morning.
