Surprise.
Un très bon séjour à part la découverte en arrivant que l'accès à la piscine soit payant. Je ne me souviens pas l'avoir vu sur l'annonce. De même, parking disponible ne veut pas dire gratuit.

Hôtel impersonnel, froid, trop grand. Attention à la grande montée pour y accéder (à pied). Quelque peu excentré du centre (20mn). Spa froid (inacceptable pour le prix), mais massage au top ! Nourriture peu qualitative pour le prix également (vraiment fait "maison" ?). Merci néanmoins au personnel charmant et professionnel. Propreté de l'établissement et des chambres.

Très bon séjour Une équipe souriante, serviable et bienveillante Les chambres sont simples et agréables Le restaurant très bon Les soins du spa très bien Deux bémols, le vestiaire du spa exiguë et 20€ la nuit de parking c’est bien plus cher que tous les hôtels de la ville

Een heerlijke schone en goed ingerichte kamer. Hotel is verbouwd in een oude school gecombineerd met mooie nieuwbouw. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel en eten van goede kwaliteit. Mooie parkeergarage. Ideaal hotel als je op doorreis bent

Cet hótel est plus que fantastique. Le lieu, historique, surplombant Rouen est magique, les chambres sont modernes et le lieu est totalement reposant, avec une architecture parfait. Cet établisssement neuf est un de mes coups de coeur 2024. Le Spa est plutot resteint en taille mais tous les autres atouts de l’hotel comble ce détail. Pour finir, je le recommande plus que vivement

The bathroom is very tiny. The water temperature in the shower would suddenly get hot or cold. Sink is too small and no counter to put toiletries.
Staff is very nice and hotel is very clean.
