First off, we could not check in till 1 and half hours after check in because the room had not been cleaned yet. When we finally got to check in the room smelled so bad of cigarette smoke even though it was a smoke free room. We also found stuff under the bed and found a “ personal massager” in the pillows!! We talked to the, assuming the manager, with little help! He ended up walking in our friend changing because he had to check the room. He then denied doing so. We asked for a discount for the trouble and issues and was met with “no, it’s the same price!” We had to basically “beg” for them to come actually change the sheets. As we were met with annoyance and rudeness by the housekeeping staff. The whole experience was unacceptable and unprofessional!

Read the Reviews. They are true. The Room is filthy. Stains on sheets, FOOD left on the floor and out on the surfaces (***?), Furnishings disheveled & extremely outdated, Paper thin walls, Paint chipping off the walls, AC unit practically falling from the wall, rusty showers... quite possibly couldn't get any worse? We went to the front office immediately to try and see if they could help rectify the situation in any capacity...management merely shrugged their shoulders and blamed their "new cleaning company". We're trying to get our money back. We would have left right away if we hadn't just driven for 14 hours straight... Spare yourself an icky experience. Don't stay here! These rooms are worth $11. Maybe. CERTAINLY NOT $110... and yet, we paid $136 after taxes for this P.O.S. sigh.

The room was not clean, towels either stained or ripped. No hot water. Bedspread stained. Walls paper thin. I could hear people talking in the next room. Literally, I could hear what they were saying, and it was 3AM. Needless to say, I will never be back.

I booked a room at 2am expecting it to be for the following day, but they made it for the day before not the following day. How’s it my fault there website didn’t update, I would think they understood what happen but they refuse to refund or help in anyway. Now I’m in a state and city I don’t live with no where to go or money for a different hotel. Stay away.
