The place is lovely and great. Its more of a place to visit in summer or during warmer conditions though, because there is next to nothing to do if you're there during winter, especially if you're there with kids. Granted it was a nice breather from the buzz of Jozi, but thats literally all it has to offer. The staff and service as well as facilities are amazing, everything else is appreciated. Just short of alternative entertainment during winter time and the colder seasons.

On arrival we had to call the cleaners to clean the unit. Than the front door could not lock. The carpenter had to remove another door from another unit. This all is happening whilst we book, thinking they expecting you. The towel is very stained. They were white at some stage. The cleaners are not easily identified, uniformed, they not supervised. No senior sign of the unit, this is when you don't get toilet rolls, towels ect. Crockery is so stained, I purchased domestics from the convenient little store to clean the cups before I could serve my family a cup of coffee whilst a door is being fitted.Pool chemicals are put into the pool whilst you in the heated pool. Make sure you have 2hour + to be served dinner. My master bedroom, we had a sky view because the thatch roof is not maintained. SA is this how we attract our tourist and treat them. We had a spiral staircase with no safety rails, theregore we never used the master suite upstairs. The manager demonstrated a don't care attitude. I will never, never return to this dive. The week we stayed here, they had no bottled water on site. We had to drive out to buy water. Shocking and it is not peak season. Can you imagine what would happen during peak season. Your website is deceiving. NEVER, NEVER WILL I RETURN EVEN FOR FREE!!!!

TERRIBLE to say the least! 1) Building rubble and noise everywhere. 2) Pathetic service as we had to go and buy our own dustbin bags and toiletpaper. There just NEVER was enough. 3) After asking 3 times for clean towels we received 4 (8 sleeper house). I had to go and throw a fit to get enough. 4) We couldn't open any windows or doors as the monkeys would come in and attack you. 5) MOST DISGUSTING AND NOISY music coming from the restaurant past 10pm. When complaining, it just continued. Upon entering you receive an A4 paper full of rules, which obviously does not apply to the resort. Definitely not a family friendly place, not as place to go and rest. I would strongly advise @holidayclub to scratch this one from their list.

It was not a very pleasant stay.When we arrived there was no fridge , no towels and no toilet paper!When we went to go play paddle boarding, there was no one there to assist us. It almost took over an hour for someone to come and help us.It was bad.

The units and resort are beautiful,but we will take it off our list of possible week-end destinations. On arrival our car boots had to be opened for an inspection. This was demanded quite rudely. Left us with a quite unwelcome feeling And unsure what the reason could be. We were a single couple in the car! Sleeping at night is a luxury! The music from the surrounding UNITS were unbearable! Friday night it stopped at 3. Saturday night we fell as-sleep at 4 - with the music still going strong. The sound of the voices of the persons at the neighbouring unit was deafening. Screaming and laughters mingling together. It was as if the units were competing to be the loudest. Surely security could have stopped the music while doing their rounds. We tried to phone at 12, but there was no answer. During the day time it was nothing better - but we could bare it better. The wonderful feeling of the bush was sacrificed for a night club and pub feel. If you need a bush-veld or family break - SKIP this place.

The spa was terrible . Wasn’t even a massage ! Was more of an oil rub down . They didn’t have a clue what they were doing . Worst planning and the place was freezing! Even their oils and hands were cold ! Worst experience ever ! The food was disgusting and the service …. Well there was no service !

The accommodation is perfect and very spacious. BUT the music from the Skybar went on until after 12h00 on Sat night - we phone 12h10 and again at around 1h00 as we could not sleep. The people moved from the bar somewhere else making it impossible to sleep. They only cater for African techno music which made it uncomfortable for us spend some time in the bar. The padel courts went on until way after 22h00 with their own music as well. So this made our stay very unpleasant

I love the all inclusive activities with just booking a room

No house keeping staff at night ws a difficult time.
