On arrival we had to call the cleaners to clean the unit. Than the front door could not lock. The carpenter had to remove another door from another unit. This all is happening whilst we book, thinking they expecting you. The towel is very stained. They were white at some stage. The cleaners are not easily identified, uniformed, they not supervised. No senior sign of the unit, this is when you don't get toilet rolls, towels ect. Crockery is so stained, I purchased domestics from the convenient little store to clean the cups before I could serve my family a cup of coffee whilst a door is being fitted.Pool chemicals are put into the pool whilst you in the heated pool. Make sure you have 2hour + to be served dinner. My master bedroom, we had a sky view because the thatch roof is not maintained. SA is this how we attract our tourist and treat them. We had a spiral staircase with no safety rails, theregore we never used the master suite upstairs. The manager demonstrated a don't care attitude. I will never, never return to this dive. The week we stayed here, they had no bottled water on site. We had to drive out to buy water. Shocking and it is not peak season. Can you imagine what would happen during peak season. Your website is deceiving. NEVER, NEVER WILL I RETURN EVEN FOR FREE!!!!
