Hampton Inn & Suites Bolingbrook

This is what a superb hotel is. Clean, safe, superb facilities, outstanding breakfast, knowledgeable helpful staff. Great location. Quiet. This is the hotel to select from multiple other choices. This is the place that you will compare other hotels to.

It was nice over all. Only complaint i have was that we were there for about 4 to 5 days and the atm machine was out of service the entire stay as well as my credit card didnt want to work in their system but everyone ekses card worked. Even charging something to the room was unavailable to me. So no second stay for me. I will go some place else.

I checked in around 9:45pm. I’m a truck driver and was beyond exhausted. I asked the lady at the front desk if they had any bottle water. She said WHAT with the nastiest attitude. I asked her again she didn’t respond and slammed the bottle of water on the counter. I’m otr a lot and I have never been treated so rudely at any Hilton hotel.

Anything you can imagine went wrong, did. My guests were stranded at my wedding reception because the shuttle showed up at the wrong time and left everyone. I was promised a complimentary room and was still charged over $180. My guests were overcharged. The hotel room was more like a motel and I requested an upgraded room.

The Hampton Inn in Bolingbrook, Ill was a great stay for my family. The staff was friendly and hard working. At the beginning there was a mix-up with our room but the staff worked hard to make sure we were able to get the room we rented for our stay. Kudos to the two young ladies at the front desk that took care of this making sure we were taken care of. We have a family of four and rented a two queen suite with a sofa pull-out bed for three nights. The place was clean, updated, quiet and user-friendly. The breakfast was very good with waffles (small and large) eggs, sausage, pan-fries, biscuits/gravy along with oatmeal, cereal, yogurt, coffee, orange/apple juice with much more and (especially) BACON! It was a great way to start the day. Reasonably priced and in a location that was accessible to I-55 and all points Chicagoland. We would come back to this hotel in the future.

Not too much to say, it's a fine choice of hotel if you're in the area. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Common areas are nice and welcoming. I had several interactions with the staff during my two weeks here, all of which were friendly and helpful. They had a good breakfast selection too. Price is slightly better than some of the other nearby hotels of same quality. Would definitely stay here again.

"We live in Milwaukee, WI. My 14-year-old son's volleyball team had a tournament near Bolingbrook, IL. The challenge with these tournaments is that we don't know what time his team will play until a few days before. About 20 families from two teams made individual reservations for the Hampton Inn & Suites, Bolingbrook because it was reasonably priced and offered free breakfast. Two days before we were to arrive, I learned the players had to be at the venue by 6:45 am! Oh no, breakfast on the weekends does not even start until 7 am! I called the hotel directly and spoke to General Manager, Althea Walker and asked if there was any way breakfast could be served earlier to feed our hungry teenage boys before their tournament. Althea told me she would text Omar, who runs the kitchen to see if he was willing to come in early. It was his decision. Althea called me back within the hour, and said Omar would have as much food out as he could by 6 am. I was so relieved! I said if we just have fruit, cereal, and milk, we would be thrilled. (I prayed for coffee!) Omar not only had breakfast ready by 6 am, he had a full spread of eggs, meat, 2 kinds of waffles, fruit, bagels, muffins and COFFEE!!!! I took up a quick collection and tipped Omar, but what Omar did to serve his customers on Sunday morning was priceless!!! THANK YOU OMAR for going above and beyond, and Althea for enabling her employees to make decisions!!!"

We really enjoyed our stay. The clerks at the check-in counter were polite and informative. The ladies who were serving breakfast were excellent & went out of their way to make sure we had a pleasant experience.

Room was dirty. The ceiling had smoke stains. The staff wasn’t friendly like I thought it would be. Will never go back
