I had read disagreements about this hotel, but my experience was absolutely positive, starting with staff, with a wonderful gentleness and availability, all with a smile and ready to make the guest feel comfortable. They booked my taxi and kept my baggage after check-out. The simple, clean rooms with everything necessary for a pleasant stay. The position is really excellent. Finally, breakfast is sweet and salty: coffee and cappuccino (served directly by the staff), fruit juices for all tastes, yoghurt, cooked fats, marmelade, nutella, cakes, crustaceans, cornets of various kinds. As for salt, soda eggs, appetites, cheese ...many variety and abundance. It is really a great experience in this hotel, if I should go back to Bologna I will book from them again! 10 and praise.

Booked this hotel as it is close to the train station Bologna Centrale and the city centre. The location is therefore good and set in an interesting mixed area with cheap cafes and bars nearby. There is also a large supermarket close by. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The breakfast is fairly basic considering the price you are paying for the hotel. It appears that this is mainly a hotel for business clients. However the main drawback is that there is no heating in this hotel as the A/C was switched off centrally, despite the temperature in Bologna going down to 5C at night when I was there. It is therefore cold at night in the room.

This hostel gets a 5 out of 5 vote from me and you won't find anyone as fussy as me when it comes to hostel reviews. I don't understand the mixed reviews it has been given by people staying here at the same time as myself? The staff are very friendly and help you as much as possible.....a special shout out to Ciara who is very lovely. My room was very clean and my bunk had a charging point, night light and curtain. The only minor problem are the lockers are small and square so you can't really get anything in them - they need changing to bigger ones! The meeting area is just a ten foot square area next to the reception desk with only around six seating places and likewise the kitchen area is also small with a single long table for breakfast that can only seat around twelve people at any one time. The main reasons for this is the hostel is small overall and also only has three shower rooms with the toilets housed within these rooms. This can be very annoying because if you're dying to use the toilet and all three showers are being used, you cannot gain access. The breakfast is substantial as it's an all you can eat comprising of tea, coffee and orange juice. To eat you have fruits, yogurt, ham, salami, cheese and salad. For the English pallet you have different cereals, toast, cakes, biscuits and the use of butter, jam and chocolate spreads. There's also a coffee perculator which can be used at anytime during the day. Within the kitchen there's a large fridge to store your own personal food items if you wish. You are expected to wash up all your items after you finish which is no big deal but something I don't agree with on principle. I'm on holiday and I've paid for my B&B so I don't expect to do their job for them - maybe that's just me? The location of the hostel is very good and within easy reach of the main city centre and tourist attractions with various buses a two minute walk from the front door and the main railway station just a fifteen minute walk away

Two friends and I visited Bologna for five days this week and stayed in the Elizabeth Lifestyle Hotel. While the hotel is a little off of the beaten track - about a twenty-five minute walk into the centre of the city - this wasn't an issue for us as we all enjoy walking and the neighbourhood appeared safe. My room (and my friends' room) was lovely - I enjoyed a very comfortable bed, air conditioning (if need be,) a large bathroom, and plenty of cupboard space. Our rooms had high ceilings and were nicely furnished. Most importantly, the service we received at the hotel was exceptional! The front desk staff were friendly, efficient, and provided good sightseeing advice. The breakfast buffet staff were also excellent, and the breakfast offerings were plentiful. The cleaning staff were also very thorough. Thanks to all!

Situato vicino stazione centrale ma c’è bisogno di taxi per arrivarci … dalla stazione ci vogliono circa 7/8 minuti .., hotel molto pulito servizio alle reception veloce cordiale è molto disponibile…. camere molto belle e super tecnologiche pulizia ottima (la mia era la 339) colazione al buffet molto abbondante e tutto molto buono con soluzione diverse per soddisfare tutte le esigenze …. con il taxi con una decina di minuti si raggiunge subito il centro .., lo consiglio vivamente a tutti … aggiungo per concludere qualità del sonno ottima e doccia nel bagno maxxi ….. da provare assolutamente

The room was hot with no working Air Con. The heating couldn’t be turned off. The doors to the patio were stiff and unusable. The elecity to our floor kept going offf. The attitude of the staff at the front desk was awful. The person we checked out with Patrizia was dismissive of all issues and tried to hide her name badge when I complained about her attitude.

Very polite and responsive staff. Delicious breakfasts, always fresh fruit. If you come back late and haven’t had time to have dinner, it’s very convenient to go down to the restaurant on the first floor and have dinner there. The restaurant serves delicious food. There is a stop nearby, 15 minutes by bus to the train station. I really liked it, we stayed for a long time, 12 days. Grazie mille ❤️

Abbiamo alloggiato in questo hotel una sola notte, io e il mio compagno siamo venuti da Roma per un concerto all' Arena Parco Nord, la posizione per noi è stata perfetta perché in 5 minuti eravamo sul posto. La camera è bellisisma, moderna e pulita, idem il bagno con doccia grande. Unico neo la moquette a terra, io non la amo. La colazione è buonissima e molto varia. Consigliato.

ALBERHO ALLE PORTE DI Bolgna zona residenziale e tranquilla personale in front office molto gentile e accomodante ..per chi viaggia e deve prendere un aereo o comune alzardi presto per affari dirri che va benissimo letto comodo stanza molto minimal ma ha ciò che necessita appunto per soste brevi x lavoro ecc ..nn x stare se uno ha impegni diverso r vorrebbe dormire perché la mattina si sentono gli aerei molto ravvicinati e anche la porta del giroscsle che sbatte wuanfo scendo molto presto ..per questo dico che è perfetto per dormire e prendere l aereo il gg dopo o se uno è di passaggio..comunque con me sono stati davvero gentili..

In my opinion when it comes to hotels. The first thing is hygiene. Then the reception. In this hostel, everything is fine. The reception was wonderful on the part of the host. Cleanliness is acceptable with request for improvement. The morning breakfast was wonderful and complete. The location was quiet which is a great choice.
