L’Hotel Arcoveggio è un piccolo albergo che si trova in una posizione comoda sia se si deve andare in centro sia se si hanno impegni nella zona CNR. La camera era arredata in maniera molto semplice ma era comunque pulita e abbastanza silenziosa. Il bagno piccolo e non recentissimo ma anch’esso pulito. Il personale è gentile e disponibile sia nei contatti telefonici che di persona. Si sente la mancanza di un servizio di colazione, cosa che costringe a uscire e fare colazione al bar. In sintesi, un albergo molto essenziale che può essere una soluzione per brevi soggiorni di lavoro, evitando i periodi di fiera, in cui i prezzi lievitano (in tutta la città) in maniera incontrollabile.

Sono stata nella dependance vicina la struttura principale. La stanza era ampia e pulita, buono il rapporto qualità prezzo. Punto di forza è stata l'estrema cortesia della receptionist: ho chiamato per avvisare che sarei arrivata ben oltre l'orario finale di check in e la ragazza al telefono, nonostante mi abbia detto di avermi mandato due mail di avviso (che non ho notato), ha avuto la pazienza di aiutarmi e mi ha dato modo di poter avere comunque le chiavi della mia stanza. Le disposizioni per ottenerle erano chiare e ben spiegate, non ho avuto bisogno neppure di controllare le foto inviatemi. Questi attimi di gentilezza e pazienza fanno la differenza e mi hanno colpita!

Siamo stati costretti a soggiornare qui perché causa fiera non c'era disponibilità in altre strutture e a noi serviva per cause mediche. Le camere non sono quelle che appaiono in foto, di quelle camere c'è ne saranno una massimo in ogni piano, forse anche meno, mentre le altre camere sono veramente orrende e non corrispondono a nessuna descrizione.Piuttosto grave secondo gli asciugamani almeno ogni 2/3 giorni andrebbero cambiati indipendentemente, noi siamo stati 5 giorni e non sono mai stati cambiati, non ci sono gli essenziali ma dei dispenser uguali, senza distinzione tra shampoo e sapone e il bagno troppo stretto. In camera non si può mangiare?! Capirei se ci fosse una sala buffet ma non c'è nulla per poter mangiare anzi all'entrata c'è quel bancone con solo cose confezionate(non avevano una tazza per la tisana, ma un bicchiere di plastica che con l'acqua bollente si stava sciogliendo). La signora è stata diciamo garbata perché molto pignola sulla tassa di soggiorno da pagare (abbiamo dovuto far mandare un foglio dall'ospedale) e nonostante ciò io ho dovuto pagare lo stesso perché a detta sua era abolita per una persona sola quando ho letto che non è così perché facciamo parte della stessa famiglia, mentre nell'hotel a 4 stelle dove siamo stati sere prima, non ci hanno chiesto nulla, avevamo portato la carta del pre ricovero che alla signora non è bastata. Unica nota positiva c'è la possibilità di deposito bagagli per il resto sconsigliato sotto tuti i punti di vista.

Albergo utilizzato per una notte. Camera doppia uso singolo ricavato in un adiacente appartamento ristrutturato. Al primo piano senza ascensore. Spazi interni non ben divisi e televisione molto piccolo. Niente prima colazione. Prezzo elevato per i servizi offerti. Non ci tornerei.

Hotel Arcoveggio was such a lovely place for my friend and me to stay. They kindly arranged to stay up for us to check in as our flight was delayed, the room was clean and spacious, and the staff (particularly Lorenza) were so lovely and helpful with ideas and recommendations. It is slightly far out of the centre however that gave us a reason to explore more the city. Would definitely recommend !!

Ein sehr tolles ,kleines Familienhotel. Alles sauber, Zimmer sind sehr gut eingerichtet, man findet da alles was man braucht. Personal sehr höfflich und nett. Besonders ein Lob an die Besitzerin, ihr Vorteil ist es , sie beherrscht mehrere Sprachen, steht mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Haben uns dort sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt und werden auf jeden Fall zurückkommen

We stay at the hotel regularly when visiting family and friends in Bologna. The rooms are always clean, quiet, bright and sweetly furnished. Our room was cleaned every day and the towels were changed regularly (you just have to put the old one on the floor beforehand so that the staff knows that you want a fresh towel - as is the case in many hotels). The staff too at the reception is very friendly and accommodating. We were always very well informed about the connection options, checkout times and sights in Bologna without even having to ask. Personally, I am very surprised by the negative comments! Of course it's not a five-star hotel with a sauna, pool area and where the reception is always manned, but you can't expect that for this price - you know that at this low price. Otherwise you just have to dig deeper into your pocket, but that's enough for us and we'll definitely be back. Greetings Marta and Jens

Our experience with the staff and the cleanliness of this hotel was awful. We returned to the hotel and noticed an insect crawling on the headboard that looked exactly like your worst nightmare when staying in a hotel. We decided to check the bed and behind the bed and noticed how dirty it was (see picture for reference). There were small dead and live insects behind the bed. We tried calling the reception (the only number listed on ***********) however they were already closed. We obviously decided to pack up our belongings and moved to a different hotel as we didn't see any other option at that time. We sent a message to the property and received a response the next day. The receptionist was initially very apologetic for the cleanliness of the room, however the tone quickly changed with the manager. She was condescending and made us feel ridiculous for leaving the hotel when that was the condition of the room and with the presence of what we suspected the insect to be. She placed the blame on us and stated, "I find it strange that you decided to leave the hotel instead of calling the number on the keychain." We were never notified at check-in that there were additional phone numbers that we can call, and a keychain is not a typical place to look for a phone number. The number wasn't listed in the room anywhere. She refused to offer a full or even partial refund despite the fact that we didn't even stay at the hotel because of the circumstance. I don't recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. Your money can be better spent supporting another local hotel with better and more respectful staff.
