Clean and nice but a bit far from central location new building that we like and the price was good as well

Good, solid 4 star hotel. Not far from the city center, around 2km, you can get there with ease by foot or take a bus. Room was clean with a great view of San Luca sanctuary (ask foom on 5th floor, wtih courtyard view). The was on kittle we should be in 4* hotel. Breakfast was rally good with a wide range of products, however most of them were sweet bakery. Staff was helpful, we had an issue with the fridge and they sorted it out. Superior quality of room service - our room was daily cleaned, towels changed, soap and gel delivered etc. Bravo. If there could be a chance I would stay there once again.

This is my second visit within a month. It's not bad. But Ctrip's points are calculated based on the number of bookings. I only get 470 points for one review. I'm not satisfied with this scoring mechanism.

The network is very poor and keeps cutting off. Breakfast is monotonous, the only advantage is that it is convenient to go to the city center

Well located hotel among the train station, the city center, and the airport. The staff was hugely helpful.

The airconditioning is not working, I enen suspect that the rooms are not airconditioned, only “fresh air” is been circulated. The shower is vey small, mould is present in cement joint and in some places it is missing. This is definitely not a 4 star hotel, rather a 2 star hotel.

Quiet, clean room. Good restaurants within walking distance. Amazing breakfast!

Photos are misleading. This hotel is definitely not a 4 star hotel! I would give it 2. It is an outdated building.

Hotel was walking distance to downtown Bologna. Rooms were small but clean and comfortable. Free breakfast was a bonus.
