3-Star Hotels in Bologna

In the old town of Bologna, it is close to the convention center and the city centre. Even better, the hotel has a good environment, the sun is shining, the air is fresh and circulated, and it is much better than the hotels in the dark alleys in Modena. Even better, there are supermarkets near the hotel, a delicious Chinese restaurant, and a delicious local restaurant. Even better, the hotel staff are super kind and friendly. It's perfect.

L’hotel è in centro e quindi in posizione estremamente strategica. Temevo anche per questo motivo che fosse molto rumoroso, invece la stanza dava sull’interno e, grazie all’aria condizionata, ho potuto tenere le finestre chiuse e non sentire alcun rumore. La stanza poi era ben arredata, soprattutto pulita e nuova! Altrove, per lo steso periodo mi proponevano prezzi ben più alti e temevo quindi che l’hotel avrebbe avuto qualche tipo di “intoppo”, invece l’ho trovato perfetto.

The hotel is in a great location. The very center. The room is very spacious. The mattress is comfortable. The furniture is authentic, but this has its own charm. There is a balcony!!! And the view is great)

We have booked this place through their website and we were satisfied from the general information that we got online. To be honest it was in a very good locations. Arriving at the property we noticed that there were construction works ongoing !!! Early in the morning the noise was very loud and it was impossible to sleep. Imagine a family with 2 young children that has to wake up from that noise. The second and the biggest delusion was the apartment itself. I HAVE NEVER BEEN IN A PLACE SO DIRTY! The floor was so dirty like it has months without washing. Tested with a paper tissue… it become brown dark, disgusting. The beds were arranged with some old sheets and a couple of duvet (smelly) that was hard to sleep. Very old towels, from white they were close to grey, and with an unpleasant smell. The apartment itself was very old in furniture and equipment. Not mentioning that there was zero acoustic isolation. You can feel the next door apartment chats like they were in your room, and the road noise was crazy if your apartment with face the road. Very poor experience

I had read disagreements about this hotel, but my experience was absolutely positive, starting with staff, with a wonderful gentleness and availability, all with a smile and ready to make the guest feel comfortable. They booked my taxi and kept my baggage after check-out. The simple, clean rooms with everything necessary for a pleasant stay. The position is really excellent. Finally, breakfast is sweet and salty: coffee and cappuccino (served directly by the staff), fruit juices for all tastes, yoghurt, cooked fats, marmelade, nutella, cakes, crustaceans, cornets of various kinds. As for salt, soda eggs, appetites, cheese ...many variety and abundance. It is really a great experience in this hotel, if I should go back to Bologna I will book from them again! 10 and praise.

This was our first trip to Bologna We stayed in the Millenn Hotel from 10th to 17th October in a suite on the first floor. We arrived late and phoned the Hotel to let them know. We found the Reception staff extremely helpful and professional. Hotel room was large and perfect for us. The hotel is in an excellent location, close to the Railway Station and within walking distance of major City attractions. When we go back to Bologna we will definitely stay in this hotel again.

Lovely, comfortable, modern room. Great Wi-Fi, good choice of items at breakfast. Staff were very accommodating at keeping our bags as were were too early to check in. Well situated for the centre and the train station. Very pleasant stay.

For the whole of our stay the reception area and our bedroom smelled very heavily of cigarette smoke. Very noisy room with early morning deliveries to the supermarket below, which woke us up around 6am every day. The bathroom was tiny .The shower was weak and the shower head holder was broken which meant it was too low and the water spray faced the wall.The room was very dark and we couldn’t open the curtain because we would be seen by everyone who overlooked us in the interior courtyard. The breakfast is not what we want to eat especially in Bologna - tiny unappetising looking shop bought croissants that the receptionist was baking in the oven. The place was surrounded by shops selling delicious home made fresh bread and pastries The coffee was ok but it was long life milk- I couldn’t see any fresh. No tea or coffee making facilities in the room so you need to dress before you get a coffee.

Warm service, tea at night, a teapot, and a teacup. Carefully print the ticket. Convenient transportation, 10 minutes walk from the train station. Surrounded by lively, there are supermarkets a few hundred meters away. There are many varieties of breakfast, not bad.

Today rooms are available for less than 100 Euro / night. But they charged us 286 Euro / night! ...why the f... ! Ok it is somehow our fault we booked the Hotel for this ridicoulus price .. but still it is a shame to treat guests like this and steal their money for almost nothing! The Hotel is absolute average, nothing special, very loud if you are the unlucky one with room roadside. Personal not very friendly, except the *** at breakfast room. He did best out of the miserable breakfast area. The rooms are old, small and sticky, bathroom equipped with old facilities. No own parking space available, they book you expensive valet parking somewhere, if no space available they let it to you on roadside. The location is ok, with 10min. walk distance from old town. To sum up .. for less 100 Euros absolute ok! However watch out room price!! ..vary far too much. Value not more than 100 Euro. We unfortunately had been ripped!!!!
