In a small city, the bed is very average, but the front desk service is very good and eager to help us foreigners. The hotel's fish and chicken wings are very good and suitable for recommendation to our Chinese friends.

As we were on a G Adventures tour of Turkey we had this hotel as our first stop. It was not a tourist stop per se, more of a sleep-over stop before heading on our journey of exploration. The group dinner would have been Ok if they served up our meals as they were ready but as they held them all so we could be served simultaneously they arrived cold. Breakfast, however, was really good. That the staff were bilingual was really great.

Great overnight stop with our Gadventures tour. We had a good dinner and the buffet breakfast was great . We had great service with both meals and even live music after dinner Our room was small but well appointed and clean.

The hotel looks new, and kept very well. It is beautifully furnished and decorated. Room is of good size, and well furnished. Room is clean and well maintained with good quality items and toiletries. It has a safe, tea kettle as well as mini fridge. Staff members at reception desk speaks good English and very helpful, hospitable and efficient- especially Alif who is charming, smiling and received us well. Breakfast buffet was very good with excellent varieties of local food as well as intercontinental. The hotel rate is also good. Location is nice. I recommend the hotel for international travelers.
