服務很好，早餐也還行

位置優越交通便利，酒店設施齊全，房間乾淨整潔，住的很舒服。前台人員Candy 很主動，很熱情，會給我們發一些入住的温馨提示。早餐也不錯，品種多，個人覺得性價比蠻高。小鎮上面還有很多活動表演及遊玩項目，適合大人小朋友都可以一起參與，還是很不錯的體驗，退房還給贈送了伴手禮，總體來説還是不錯的。

我們住的是園浴房，房間有一個小陽台，可以看到湖景也可以看到小鎮。景區環境不錯，空氣清新，湖光山色，不錯的。辦入住的管家花花不錯，和藹可親。如果你想有一個放鬆的地方住，看看奧地利風情建築，可以推薦這個地方。前台的人都很友善。體驗還可以。

酒店風格很西式，前台工作人員的服裝和酒店主題很搭配。景區綠化很好，空氣清新。酒店鄰湖靠近小鎮，前台接待員花花服務不錯，幫忙申請了小朋友的早餐早餐，延遲了退房。房間視野好，看看風景很不錯，很愜意。旁邊的小鎮帶小朋友逛逛也很不錯。

從惠州北站打車到渡假村20分鐘內，車程不算遠。渡假環境舒適，設施多，但較適合小朋友。

From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I felt the enthusiasm and professionalism of the hotel staff. Xiangxiang, the front desk staff, was friendly, efficient and quick in checking in, and helped push the luggage to the room. If there was anything I needed, Xiangxiang would handle it in a timely manner. This was really an unexpected surprise. When I entered the room, it was even more eye-catching. The decoration style of the room is full of European elegance and romance. Every detail is handled just right, from the exquisite decoration to the comfortable bedding, everything makes people feel comfortable and relaxed. The spacious space, bright light, and the windows from which you can enjoy the beautiful scenery are all very beautiful.
