We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights in a very comfortable room on the second floor. This hotel has all that you would wish for. Breakfast was included in our room rate. Our room was large and had a small sitting area with a lounge and a extra seat and stool along with the television. A large desk along with a kettle was provided. A fridge was in the room. Large spacious areas for storage of clothes and suitcases. The large shower area was excellent with plenty of towels and great water pressure. The staff are friendly and helpful. The lady that makes up the rooms on the second floor was extremely friendly and would ask us most days if we needed towels changed. The breakfasts are fantastic with fresh items each day. You can also have lunch and dinner at their ristorante. The Free Wi-Fi is secured! The hotel even provide umbrella's for the rain. Overall a fantastic stay at this hotel in Bolzano.

We had an excellent stay at The Hotel Scala Steigl! We would 100% recommend to anyone traveling to Bolzano. The front desk staff are by far the most kind, friendly, and helpful we had during our travels. Any question we had was met with a smile. We even borrowed an electric adaptor when ours was not working. There is a little bicycle rental place around the corner ( the owner was very rude- but we would go again just to get the bicycles!). I would recommend renting bikes to get around Bolzano. It is a beautiful way to explore the city. Our room was very large and we had a garden view with a balcony. The included breakfast was delicious and we had omelets made to order each morning. 10/10!

Das zentral gelegene Hotel ist sehr gut ausgestattet, hat einen tollen Pool und kostenlose Parkplätze direkt gegenüber. Man erhält die Bozen – Card bei Ankunft. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist ausgezeichnet. Das gesamte Personal ist extrem freundlich und bemüht.

Wir sind auf Empfehlung in dieses Hotel eingecheckt und haben es nicht bereut. Was für ein tolles Hotel mit perfekter Lage. Busbahnhof, Altstadt ist in binnen von paar Minuten erreichbar. Wir waren mit unseren Kids dort, die sich sofort super schnell mit der Umgebung vertraut machten und Bozen alleine zum Teil erkunden konnten. Unser Auto stand in der Tiefgarage. Hätte aber auch kostenfrei auf dem Hotelparkplatz stehen können. Wir hatten ein Familienstudio mit 2 Zimmern. Was für uns alle perfekt war. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und modern. Der Balkon in den Garten war perfekt. Es ist sehr ruhig dort, obwohl das Hotel so central liegt. Das Frühstück war klasse und für jeden etwas dabei. Der Pool war für die Kids die Kirsche auf der Sahnehaube, da sie nach Sightseen und shoppen sich abkühlen konnten. Der Garten ist top in Schuss-Respekt! Der Personal war durch die Bank sehr professionell und freundlich. Wie werden wiederkommen! Danke für die schöne Zeit!

Hier ist alles perfekt, angefangen vom Frühstück bis über die Zimmer, das Pool im Park, das Service - eben alles was zum Urlaub gehört. Das Hotel liegt ein paar Minuten von den Innenstadt-Lauben entfernt, hat einen eigenen Parkplatz - wenn gewünscht auch eine Garage - und hat im Garten einen wunderbaren Pool. Zu den verschiedenen Gondeln, die man zum Wandern mit der Bozencard gratis nützen kann, sind es ein paar Gehminuten. Das Auto kann man den ganzen Urlaub über am Parkplatz stehen lassen. Wir lieben es hier, kommen schon viele Jahre und werden dies auch in Zukunft wieder machen. Herrlicher Urlaub im Hotel Stiegl!

Auf unserer Radtour haben wir hier zwei Nächte übernachtet. Sehr schönes, zentral gelegenes Hotel, Nahe der Altstadt. Zimmer mit Balkon. Einige Zimmer schon renoviert. Hotel verfügt über einen Pool mit Liegewiese. Das Frühstück war super. Unsere Räder konnten wir sicher in der Garage unterstellen. Personal sehr freundlich. Gerne wieder.

We stayed for 5 nights in the hotel and it was an excellent experience. The hotel is licated in the centre of the town near the old city and has a free parking place which is very important. We were updraded with the room without asking. The hotel has a nice swimming pool amidst a beautiful garden offers an excellent breakfast and occupies a professional helpful staff. This hotel ishighly recommended. We will surely visit there again

We booked into this hotel at the last minute when we needed to leave Cortina where the rain was endless and we ran out of things to do! Bolzano was a fun surprise and this hotel was a cozy refuge. Loved our spacious modern room with a balcony. Parking is in lot across the street. Front desk staff was friendly and gave us lots of info and free transportation coupons. We ended up taking the cable car, a couple of blocks away, in a beautiful ride up to a quaint village on the mountain top. Turned out there’s a little red train that takes you to several little villages like a hop-off, hop-on bus. We returned the next morning to do that (don’t miss the earth pyramids, a good hike and you can take the town bus back into the city). Meanwhile, the front desk ladies recommended several restaurants in the town center for dinner. It was an interesting walk there and a good dinner at Walther’s. Very lively town with what looked like good shopping. Breakfast the next morning, included, was extensive, including omelets made to order — our second best breakfast in a month of traveling Italy. Bravo!
