Cucacharas en el apartamento. Cuando lo comunicamos al encargado nos dijo que limpiarían. Pensamos que nadie debe pasar sus vacaciones pendiente de que le caiga una cucaracha en la cabeza mientras duerme. Solicitamos que comprendieran la situación y, al menos, nos reubicaran en otro apartamento. La respuesta fue que NO, que estaban completos y que como hacía calor, pues era normal. Todo esto no con unas formas correctas. Nos fastidiaron el primer día de Porto, teniendo que estar todo el rato al teléfono. Nos tuvimos que ir a un hotel, sin que este alojamiento nos devolviera un euro, se quedaron con toda nuestra reserva, más 30€ de parking, más 12€ de tasa turística de 3 días (no llegamos a estar 24h).

stayed for over a week and did not get a change of towels which did not get dry as there was no room to hang them anywhere beside 2 hooks on the bedroom wall - ventilation noise from outside - outside the window a "courdyard" which is actually the back of houses with laundry, ventilation ducts and old unfinished walls - worst of all was the wet smell from the walls! we didn't even have breakfast in this smelly room. The sofabed was very uncomfortable.

Great host, but unfortunately it's only good for 2 people. There were three of us and the third bed is just not comfortable.

The place itself seems quite good, for example the location and in general the room was comfortable but there were a couple issues that took longer than should to be resolved. The first was the kitchen had two chairs and both were broken! We complained and didn’t get better ones till the end of day 2 in our 3 day stay. The communication was almost nonexistent, like we had to keep asking them before they dealt with it. Also the shower had to be hand held because the holder was broken. These are two critical issues that should not have to be dealt with by the customer!

We absolutely loved our stat at Oporto Near. It is perfectly located to move around Porto by walk. The apartment manager André was super helpful and always available. We will comeback for sure!!! Obligado! :)

We enjoyed our stay as it was easy to access most areas by walking. The apartment was very spacious and clean. We would definitely book here again if we return to Porto.

This property was disappointing, the neighborhood does not feel safe. While the apartment inside is nice, the shower is dirty and has mildew in the walls and the door.
