Ein sehr schön und individuell eingerichtetes Hotel in ruhiger, aber zentraler Lage. Die Zimmer sind sehr groß und das Hotel verfügt über ein excellentes Restaurant mit einem Überraschungsmenue (entweder 5 oder 7 Gänge). Einzig das Frühstücksbüffet könnte ein bisschen mehr Auswahl vertragen.

I don't normally give reviews, but I kept getting emails to do so, so we here we go.
I paid over 280 USD a night for a shower with mold and dirty black carpet. I informed a staff member about the mold (I did not want to shower in that) they said they’d address it, instead they entered our room while we were out and dropped off 2 tiny brownies.
They chose style over substance in every way.
The bathroom tiles were dangerously slippery and the cheap trendy fixtures in bathroom hard to control. Water pressure so strong on all fixtures.
Beds were uncomfortable. The air freshener way too strong if you’re in the lobby or bar for more than 5 mins prepare for a headache.
They had one bartender staffed between two active bars in different buildings.
Our room wasn’t cleaned after being gone for a full day.
The positive: buffet was ok and everyone friendly. Bad value for price. Stay away.

Spacious room ! Everything that you needed. Short walk from the city center. Staff are very attentive. Special thanks to Inneś please forgive me if i spelt it wrong). She was very helpful at breakfast time. The chef came out to us personally to introduce herself. Very kind and very good eggs she cooked for us! Admin staff were amazing and very kind Special thanks to the beautiful lady who maintained our room wonderfully !

Leider haben wir keine gute Erfahrung mit diesem Hotel gemacht.
Das Hotel Zimmer war sehr mangelhaft gereinigt, weswegen noch überall Asche und Staub am Fenster zu finden war. Des Weiteren hat die Heizung nicht funktioniert, weswegen das Zimmer sehr kalt war. Der Service an der Rezeption war stets hilfsbereit und freundlich. Leider war der Service im Restaurant während des Frühstück sehr unaufmerksam, sodass wir teilweise weder Besteck, Teller oder Servietten hatten. Zudem betrugen die Wartezeiten beispielsweise für glutenfreies Brot 45 min, was meiner Meinung für ein 5 Sterne Hotel ungenügend ist.

Hôtel situé un peu à l’écart de l’effervescence de la rue principale. Ce calme est appréciable. Grande chambre avec tout le nécessaire. Le personnel est aux petits soins. Le rapport qualité prix est très correct. Un salon au 1er étage permet de pouvoir s’isoler pour des réunions Teams. Parfait pour un voyage d’affaires.

Emplacement excellent, non loin de tout Porto. Déco très agréable et originale, chaleureuse. Chambre très spacieuse bien équipée sauf pour la fonction douche. Petit déjeuner exceptionnel (pâtisseries multiples, fruits préparés). Bon restaurant intéressant. Une vraiment bonne adresse

A second stay would be definite on the next visit.
The hospitality was beyond our expectations! The manager and staff were very welcoming and made us feel appreciated. I've traveled for over 20 years and this was my greatest experience.
