En général assez bien mais chambre assez vieille pas de café the dans la chambre, chaque jour javais des problèmes avec la carte de la chambre qui se démagnétisait.
En plus en partant je n’ai pas retrouvé ma trousse de toilette néanmoins le personnel reste sympa et professionnel.

Een hele hoge wolkenkrabber van 15 etages wat wel een mooi uitzicht geeft over Porto. Ontbijt is prima, genoeg variatie en dinerbuffet was ook goed. Bedden goed op de kussens na, drama zoo zacht. Op loopafstand van het centrum, door wat achterstandsstraatjes, maar wel heel veilig.

Das Hotel liegt ein wenig abseits,hataber in ca 300 m eine Metrostation.Das Personal macht - mit Ausnahme Rezeption - einen eher unmotivierten und zeit- und teilweise unprofessionelle n Eindruck.Das Abend und Frühstücksbuffet läuft unter Massenabfertigung.Negativ war auch eine Baustelle in unmittelbarer Nähe,die durch lautes Hämmern von 7.00 Früh bis in die Abendstunden auffiel.

Hotel che non soddisfa le aspettative. Abbiamo prenotato una stanza doppia con ' letto aggiuntivo' per nostra figlia di 9 anni e abbiamo trovato 2 letto con una poltrona letto abbastanza scomoda,certamente non adatta ad una bambina di questa fascia d'età. Abbiamo trovato scomodi anche i materassi dei nostri letti, nonché i cuscini. La presenza della moquette e delle spesse tende, per la presenza di polvere, non facilitano il riposo. Abbastanza comodo il bagno, in cui è presente il bidet. Colazione abbondante. La spa è troppo piccola per il numero di ospiti e vicino alla vasca idromassaggio il pavimento è scivoloso. Il prezzo della cena non è allineato alla qualità proposta. La posizione dell'Hotel è troppo distante dal centro. Il personale non è particolarmente gentile. Infine la camera non ha un numero di prese sufficiente in posizione comoda ( sono situate sotto la scrivania, una posizione molto scomoda). La nostra camera si affacciava su un cantiere..

Just returned from a 3 night stay here. It is definitely not a 4* hotel but it has everything you need for a decent break. Let’s start with the low points, Mario at check in lacks the skill and personality for such an important job, first impressions count and he was not remotely interested or helpful. Our room was t ready, that was ok as we arrived at 11am, he said come back in a few hours, we left our cases at the hotel but we had to ask and it was as if we were asking for something hard. Came back to hotel just after 2, still not ready so we went to bar for refreshment and Mario said he would let us know when ready. 3.05pm no sign of Mario so husband went to reception and he had forgot about us! The good points, rooms although basic were clean and bed was comfortable. All rooms are air conditioned which was very welcome in the July heat and a small fridge stocked with mini bar items, but we used it for keeping our own drinks cool. The breakfast was very good and varied although the dining area can get very busy. There was a lovely pool to help cool you down but we had to book a time slot but it has amazing views of the city. Although this hotel isn’t in the centre of Porto it is a brisk 10 minute walk to lots of fabulous restaurants and the amazing sights that Porto has to offer! What hotel does not provide an iron in the room. A bathroom that you can’t fit in and no wardrobe space. You have to request coffee making facilities. Awful! Currently trying to find somewhere else to stay. Not a 4 star at all! Bar is tiny and similar to faulty towers, dated and in need or modernising.

This Hotel provides great price for quality service. Due to its proximity to Campo 24 Augusto metro station you can easily access wherever you want in Porto and can easily reach the Hotel from Airport. The strength of this Hotel is its Management Team and excellent service. I would name Marina for her outstanding attitude to making our stay even more comfortable. The check-in was quick and although we had early arrival our junior suite was ready. We were give an upgrade to superior junior suite thanks to Marina and the GM - Mr Martins. The room had breathtaking views of Porto and provided great comfort! We had a double bed and a sofa bed, which was large enough for two kids. The rooms here are equipped with separate air-conditioners, which we did not use because of good weather. We had half board and I would emphasize that both breakfasts and dinners were of superb quality. The staff were quick and polite. The Hotel has pools and restaurants that offer lunch also. There is a huge supermarket Continente with its bakery that is only 2-3 minutes away from the Hotel. Also, the City Sightseeing bus has its departing point easily accessible from the Hotel just at 10 minutes walking distance . One may also prefer to reach the Old City with its jewels by walking some 25 minutes. Overall this Hotel is a great place to stay.
