Terrível
Quando reservei o hotel achei que seria legal, mas chegando lá vi que não era como imaginei.
Quarto apertado, ar condicionado não funcionava direito, tinha que manter sempre no 23 graus. Banheiro muito apertado, no box não dava nem pra fica se mexendo, e saia pouca água do chuveiro e a privada não funcionava muito bem.
Café da manhã fraco.

MARAVILHOSA
Hospedagem magnífica, o hotel tem uma área verde que nos encanta e nos dá aquela leveza de espírito que tanto precisamos. Equipe de atendimento top, café da manhã muito gostoso, perto de tudo na cidade, restaurantes e bares a uma pequena caminhada. Super recomendo o hotel.

Necessita de uma reforma urgente nos quartos.
A área externa do hotel é maravilhosa, os funcionários são excelentes, mas os quartos estão muito velhos, deixou muito a desejar.
É uma estrutura antiga com quartos velhos e o banheiro é a pior estrutura do hotel.
Penso que eles devem investir em uma reforma interna urgente, porque o lugar é magnífico e de uma paz tão grande.

We stayed here for four nights and were very happy. The rooms are simple, but have air conditioning. The hotel grounds are gorgeous with a pool surrounded by trees and a lovely raised canopied area with mats to relax. The breakfast is large and varied and changes just a little every day. The front desk is extremely helpful and friendly. The first night my air conditioning was a little quirky, and they helped me right away. The hotel is just a couple of blocks from the town plaza and the main street with all the restaurants and shops. We highly recommend it.

Pousada muito boa, sossegada e bem localizada. Destaques para o excelente atendimento dos funcionários e para o magnífico café da manhã - gostoso, farto e variado. Possui boa piscina e tem hidro. Porém, faço algumas ressalvas. O quarto é decepcionante, precisa de reformas (as paredes estavam danificadas em alguns pontos e os acabamentos do banheiro estão despencando). Quando chegamos, não havia o básico: nada de controle remoto para a tv, papel higiênico e nem toalhas para todos os hóspedes. Mas, tirando isso, foi uma estadia agradável, recomendo com certeza.

Funcionários educados e atenciosos, estrutura um pouco antiga que precisa de algumas manutenções, bom serviço de quarto, ótimo espasso de lazer, bom café da manhã, familiar . Secretária da agenda de turismo do hotel necessita de mais educação!
