What an incredible stay we had at the Grand Victorian! You could not ask for better hosts. The food was outstanding, fresh fruit, eggs benedict, the works! Linda and Ken go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Great mattresses, quiet stay and walking distance to downtown where the vintage shops are if that is your thing. The housekeeping was immaculate. Plush robes were provided, the claw foot bath was fantastic. Everything was pristine and so very comfortable. The furnishings are beautiful in this bnb. You will not regret your stay. I don't think there is anything comparable this close to the Katy Trail or in Booneville. Cannot wait to go back!

Top ten Bed & Breakfast! Highly recommend. Wonderful location, very well maintained with many comfort amenities. Very clean. Ken and Linda are amazing hosts. Food was excellent.

Ken and Linda made me feel like I was staying with my wealthy parents! I am a single mom and was on a weekend getaway just for me. Linda was so accommodating with my morning meals! It was fun to meet the other travelers staying as well. The property is absolutely gorgeous so much detail and it felt very luxurious. I stayed in the blue bird room but will be going back to stay in the Rose room as it has a clawfoot bath tub. I shopped, dined and walked everywhere! 10/10 I came home recharged and so glad I booked where I did!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Grand Victorian Manor in Boonville MO! We had cookies and rice krispy bars when we arrived; the room was very comfortable; and the breakfast was awesome (cinnamon rolls - delicious; baked peaches in a cream sauce; egg, potato, sausage and cheese casserole; biscuit with jelly; sliced tomato; coffee and juice. We were filled up for the rest of the day!). Ken and Linda also recommended a wonderful place to eat the night we were there - W Js. Ken and Linda are so warm and friendly. We had a great visit with them and the other couples that also stayed at the Manor. If you are in the area, we highly recommend staying at the Grand Victorian Manor!

Oh my goodness. This place is fantastic! We stayed here for parents weekend at Mizzou. 20 minutes from Columbia and away from the crowds and noise. The breakfast in the morning was incredible and the hosts were so friendly and helpful. The bed was so comfortable. We felt spoiled all weekend!

Everything was very clean. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Very close to Katy trail making it as easy as you could ask. Hosts were very nice, welcoming, and friendly.
