Staff absolutely awesome and friendly. hotel itself inside is clean. wifi not the best. not a good look is the lazy smokers who throw ciggy butts on the floor, even thou bins ashtrays are provided. quiet and great location for everything just off the motorways, trains close and shopping . cinema is close

A tired Premier on that is in need of a full referbishment, our room have paint flaking off the walls in the bathroom and a few cobwebs in the high corners in the main sleeping area, kids were running up and down the corridors late at night and early morning, never any staff about to notify, wouldn’t stay at this hotel again

I have been staying at this Premier inn over two months due to work commitments in the area. I'm genuinely taken up by the team at reception in this Premier inn. They are so welcoming and go out of their way to make you feel so welcomed. Debbie,Julie, Anne and Diana are truly a credit to this establishment. I will genuinely miss Debbie and Julie's humourous chats and laughter for now and I'm certainly looking forward to drop by in the future!

We have been staying at the premier inn Liverpool North for several weeks now due to our work commitments in the area and I have to say Debbie Julie Anne and the rest of the reception team have been particularly helpful. I would certainly stay at this premier inn again in the future if we returned to the area.

Stayed here two nights. Very helpful friendly staff, they answered all the queries we had and nothing was a bother Our room was excellent, comfy bed, extra pillows and our room had a shower cubicle which was great for us. Used the taxi service from the phone in the reception, so simple and easy and taxi arrived in 5 mins. Would definitely recommend this Premier and will use in the future.

Absolutely perfect for our requirements. We have atayed here many times over the years and will continue to do so in the future as the location is perfect for visiting our family in the area. The staff were always most helpful. I really found Debbie and Julie most helpful. I had an issue with T & T (something that I won’t disclose here) and they both helped immensely. They showed empathy and were most supportive in my hour of need. As an aside, Julie also helped me with some dental advice which was really appreciated. Everything was excellent and we enjoyed our stay.

Very friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. A comfortable and clean room, in a part of the hotel I requested. Good continental breakfast. Helpful reception staff when I had trouble ringing for a taxi in the morning. I can highly recommend this hotel and won’t hesitate to stay there again.

Our room smelt of damp as soon as you walked in the room. The staff came and checked it and out and said she could also smell it and could only offer to spray some air freshener. The USB port on the wall was hanging off! Which was my main concern as we had our 5 year old with us. They said they couldn't do anything because maintenance man wasn't on site. They were also unable to move us room!! So once we got back from our family meal we had to sit on a room that smelt of damp! Which probably wasn't good for us especially with me being 20 weeks pregnant and my 5 year old son having asthma!
