Excellent location, can park the car right in the street and parking is free during weekend and public holidays.
Staff is nice to talk to and follows up on requests.

The hotel was very clean and central to everything. The staff were amazing and helpful. They provided us with great recommendations for lunch and dinner. We highly recommend this hotel and would love to stay there again if we visit Bordeaux again.

We booked this hotel with high expectations, especially for the cost. Unfortunately the hotel proved not to be a good value. Our room was next to a community bathroom….noisy if you follow me. There was an outdoor courtyard that looked directly into our bedroom —- so we kept the shades closed all the time. We paid for an extra bed for my daughter…..it was a sofa bed of extremely low quality….where my daughter woke up sore each day. The biggest comedy was each time we left the room the door never locked. The front desk said it was a minor glitch. You had to perform a series of magic tricks to lock the door. The front desk showed us twice…..my daughter finally figured it out. Needless to say…..this boutique hotel that received so many good ratings is not the value you might think.

Wonderful hotel. Exceptional staff! I believe this converted boutique hotel has only 15 rooms or thereabout. Breakfast is served in your bedroom at a time of your choice in the morning. We had our own private terrace which was lovely. Will happily return to this hotel if I ever visit Bordeaux again.

Very nice, spacious rooms. We stayed for five nights and it was very comfortable. Conveniently located to everything. The staff was also very nice.

Excellent room with lots of space. Staff were exceptional and met every request. Fantastic location in the heart of the city. The kitchenette and dining area gave a great place to relax between exploring the city. Room was clean and the breakfast with tablecloth service was an extra special touch!
