Spacious room with good access to local transport. It would be better if the hotel didn't use disposable cups for environmental reasons. I think the hotel staff requires a bit more training. The hotel price is low for a 4 stars because it is not located in a tourist destination.

Great location which is right next to the bus and train station. We chose it for that reason. Comfortable clean rooms. The restaurant served breakfast and there was an outdoor terrace for coffee and snacks.

It was lovely stay, very clean and in good location. Room service and staff at desk was amazing.

The service of an ordinary business hotel is OK, but parking is really troublesome. You have to go to the parking lot of the three buildings behind.

When I checked out, I was charged for breakfast that I didn't use. When I complained, the front desk lady said in French, "Oh, you're Japanese, that's annoying." I could hear her and understand what she was saying. Please be aware that the front desk lady is completely discriminatory towards Asians.

The service is very poor. Many things in the room are missing and you have to go get them yourself. The waiter knocks on the door every morning to check the room. Even if you say no, he keeps knocking. It really affects the stay experience. It does not meet the four-star standard.

The service staff will come to your door at 11:40 to urge you to check out. The housekeeping will knock on your door at 9 o'clock every day to ask if you need cleaning, or even come in directly. You will be woken up every day.

Hotel located near Bordeaux train station. Very clean room and modern facilities. It was too hot in the room during our stay (air conditioning mode off). The breakfast is very good, although there were hardly any scrambled eggs when I arrived.

The front desk service is very good. Enthusiastic and thoughtful. I couldn't find the parking lot, and the front desk personally accompanied me there. Other questions were answered, which was very good. The room was a little small, but it was clean and nice.
