Impeccable service in an unbeatable location close to the town hall and the cathedral, just 2 minutes walk away.

This small hotel gives great service, our room was clean, roomy, and had a great shower and bed.
Breakfast was flexible ( time wise) and tasty.

Très bon emplacement dans le centre ville. Chambre "Quinconces" très spacieuse et joliment décorée. Excellente literie. Grande salle d'eau avec couche , toilette séparé par une cloison et 1 lavabo. Une cafetière à disposition avec capsules Nespresso également dans la chambre. Une penderie pour les vêtements. L'espace partagé salon est vaste avec grande hauteur sous plafond: TV, livres, jeux sont à disposition. Cuisine partagée équipée: four, micro ondes, cafetière...tout y est. L'appartement est impeccable en terme de propreté. Le petit déjeuner est classique avec croissant, pain, confiture, jus d'orange , yaourts, céréales et boissons chaudes. Rapport qualité prix parfait. Nous recommandons fortement.

Bon séjour, emplacement idéal, très propre, personnel très agréable et serviable, seul petit bémol mais cela fait parti du "charme" d'un ancien immeuble , le plancher craque énormément et cela fait un certain bruit quand les gens marchent.

Our host was excellent from the beginning with very prompt responses to our questions and extremely accurate descriptions of how to get to and into the property. Julien was very hopeful throughout our stay and we would definitely stay at his place again when visiting Bordeaux. The property itself is ideally located in a quiet area but with a short walk to everything

We enjoyed 3 nights staying in this multi-apartment building. Jullien the host was accommodating and got back to us with queries really quickly. Breakfast was just enough and again, Jullien on Hand on the morning to help us get set for the day. We stayed in the bottom floor apartment and the one issue we had with it was the noise throughout the night. One night I had decided to have a window open and there was a loud intermittent door opening noise coming through. Initially we thought it was someone trying to gain access to our apartment and after 2 to 3 hours of being up through the night we shut the window and the noise went a little. We passed on feedback to Jullien but he hadn't had anyone else say anything. Good location - would recommend. On reflection, there are places that are half the price too online - not sure this apartment was worth the premium we paid.
